Came here for my father’s prostate treatment and this was my worst decision.
After operation my father having problem while urinating, came here again after three days of operation and the doctors was not interested to see or treat, only saying drink water, after doing the same for whole day at hospital they finally did an ultrasound.

I think they do not know the problem and always looking for the ways to make money.

Junior doctor’s behaviour is not good.

There are two ladies in their TPA department, they are here to enjoy instead of work, behaviour is not good at all.

One of the worst Hospital for the delivery. I have given one star and that is in minimum grade. In this hospital, staff treated as per their convenience. They create panic for the patient at the last moment so that the delivery will be done in C-section. One of the staff said that she didn't do her father shrad. And main doctor was not available on the day. Case can been left at the end moment. Minus grading. Not recommended at all. Money minded hospital.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctors are very knowledgeable and experienced and hospital is well equipped with modern medical equipment and facilities, this hospital also provides excellent medical care and services, medicines at reasonable prices. Overall, I am very satisfied with the services provided by Khandelwal Hospital.

Hospital and doctors are too good till surgery.

Nightmare started when you shifted to ward or room. Almost nurses dont know thier job, all the time you feel like ward of government hospital. Too much chaos, Go ask to nurse, they give you time "aa rahe hai" and nobody comes. They dont know when to change drips, when to inject. Evern they dont have material for new dressing but they remove old dressing, now you have to wait with your open wound.

At the time of discharge, u have to ask about medicine and foods, precaution.nobody comes to you to tell.
Pathetic.

After All above i personaly feel Dr. Vivek Khandelwal is a gem, he know exactly what to do with thier patient. Have potential of great medical institute just some basic things needs to be updated.

One point I should added, all the ward boys are very good, casuality to ICU all gives best care, satisfied.

आज 4-11-2022 को शाम को 7: 30 पर मे खंडेलवाल हॉस्पिटल गया वाइफ की ECG करानी थी रिसेप्शन पर बैठे उस जंगली इंसान ने बिल नहीं बनाकर दिया और बोला 150 रुपया दे दो बिल मत कराओ. मेरे पास CGHS कार्ड था हॉस्पिटल पैनल में है. इससे बड़ा करप्ट और जंगली receptionist नहीं देखा. जबकि ECG बहुत कॉमन जाँच है. अगर इसपर भी हॉस्पिटल एक्शन नहीं लेता तो लानत है ऐसे हॉस्पिटल पर. एक चपरासी लेवल का receptionist का करप्शन देखो बिना बिल बनाये पैसे मांग रहा था.

Having severe pain in my abdomen due to a stone which was stuck in my ureter, I got admitted in Khandelwal Hospital and Urologist Centre at East Krishna Nagar, Delhi on 27.07.2022. On the next day i.e 28.07.2022, I underwent for Endoscopy Lithotripsy Surgery as suggested by Dr Vivek Khandelwal, Urologist, and I would like to share my horrible and painful experience here that for this surgery I was given Spinal Anesthesia by a Lady Anesthetist in OT and she was so novice and inexperienced in her profession that she could inject the needle in my spine in 6th try and all the OT technicians were aware of this. She punched my spine 6th times and gave me severe pain. When, after surgery, I reported this to Dr Vivek Khandelwal, he outrightly rejected my genuine grievance by saying an absurd statement i.e. “Aisa kuch nhi hota” and paid no heed to my words and suffering. As a Senior most Doctor and responsible for his Hospital, he should have considered my genuine complaint and looked into this matter, however, he looked very unresponsive and unconcerned.
On account of frequent punchings in my spine, I have been having significant backache since the day of my surgery. Earlier I was not about to post this incident but later I got compelled to write owing to my permanent backache.
One more grisly experience was when I went there again for stunt removal on 24.08.2022, I came across a Sikh patient who had underwent the same surgery a day ago. He shared with me the same painful OT experience about the same Lady Anesthetist by saying” Bhai is lady Dr ne meri kamar me 6 bar needle ghusayi, ispe ghus hi nhi rahi thi jiski wajah se mai so bhi nhi paya pain me, ispe kuch nhi ata”. This is the real issue with this Medical Centre.
Having this backache even after about 2 months, I would like to say to everyone that if you are also suffering from such medical condition and thinking of going Khandelwal Hospital for the surgery then before going there be a little strong because an inexperienced Anesthetist is going to perform her experiment on your spine and leave you in pain permanently for which you will surely cry in future…

I went there for my checkup, sahil there in TPS was not a good staff member, he delayed too much in his work and also was both rude and impertinent, not very good at talking to patients, with too much authoritative ego. Misbehaved with me, not happy with his behavior. Definitely won't visit this hospital again just because of him.

Administration-related problem is in many hospitals but in Khandelwal hospital, I would say no. They treat patients always better it's not depending on their mood. Providing many facilities. Doctor "Vivek Khandelwal" and the nurse staff were also cooperative. There is no parking-related issue.

A lot of cockroaches were roaming in the room and on me at night while I was sleeping, a hospital should be the most hygienic and clean place, instead I felt like I should have been better at my own home

Excellent doctor, excellent team. My mother was admitted with Kidney specialist Dr. Vivek Khandelwal. She was found to have uretar stone. My mother was seen by Dr. Vivek Khandelwal, and he was very courteous and professional. He advised us for surgery. We were fortunate to be operated by senior doctor Dr. Vivek Khandelwal. He is an amazing surgeon. After the excellent laser surgery, my mother is completely fine and we wish all the best to the entire team of Dr. Khandelwal, including his team.

By some reference my father went to vivek khandelwal for stone removal from urinary tract.
He mishandled my father's case. For some simple operation of stone removal my father suffered for a month. Developed fever, infection and shrinkage of the tube in urinary tract.

My experiences with Doctor Reena was on the top of the sky.she always gives support and motivate her patients. I was upset with some hospitals located in Krishna Nagar chowk but when I came to Khandelwal. I was so happy and blessed with 2 kids.and also my internal things are OK now. Thanku so much Reena Mam

Dr reena khandelwal is a very rude doctor.she is living in 1941 germany as hitler.she doesnt doesnt know how to talk to a patient.sadak chhap harkate hsin in logo ki.

Dr. Amit such a careless doctor i guess he should have burn his degree of being a doctor. My family has a worst experience with this hospital the ward boy name Harish he is such a scoundrel that he put empty oxygen to the patient which cost the loss of my uncle life. The team of the entire hospital is not at all experienced they should shut down their hospital moreover the reports they have given to us also not belong to our patient. I think people shouldnt go to this hospital if they really wanted to spare their close once lives.

Experience is good but I came to give sample for test then I saw staff is doing lunch I said ok I wait outside u had ur llunch first but after lunch he didn't call me n other staff started lunch over thr n he ask me to wait some more time.disgusting

Its a very bad experience.only waste of money. Dr.khandelwal does not share the details to patient and attended and his behaviour so rude woth everybody like a tanahsaah.

Receptionists are illiterate they dont even know timings of their own doctors
they dont know how to treat a patient hot to talk.

Please don't patients for dailysis in this hospital. They don't wash the dailyzer and keep resuing them. I had to spent 89000 rupees just because of their carelessnes. This all money gambling is happening under the supervision of Dr. Pradeep chhattri (nephrologist). He never comes to check what is happening in the dailysis and is never available in an emergency case. They leave the patient to die.

Dr. Vivek is really a nice urologist. I suffered a lot due to my stone. He helped me like God for me. The entire para medical and nursing staff is quite good and well behaved. I strongly recommend this urology centre for the diseases related to urology.

Dr Amit, Dr Reena are strikingly good in their medical knowledge and handling patients with smile.

Staff is overburdened with work load.

Billing system is very troublesome. You will have to make 2-3 visits just for balance refunds. Card machines never work.

X Ray and Ultrasound will give you HORRIFYING feeling. 1st, they have specific timing for test which keeps you waiting even till next day. 2nd, their report can be collected in specific 1 hour time only. You will have to leave all your work just to collect a report. And then, even if you need to go for Ultrasound, they will ask for X ray. Why? Simply because of their test timing problems.

Hospital staff is cooperative and sincere. They are not cutting throat for money. They always try to contain the Drs OPD charges affordable. Dr Reena And Dr Khandelwal both known for the fair practice. They never look for patients money, always Suggest required tests only, they are serving very well with this hospital. If you want to visit Dr Reena for Gynecology problems or consultancy during pregnancy, just go blindly. She has most steady and safe hand in surgery, also believe me you are in right hand. As well as same we can say for Dr Vivek. Just go and don't worry about money. They won't mislead and they won't overcharge you during hospitalization also sometimes they reimburse some money for poor peoples.
