Overall good experience till date (19th June 2023)
I enquired about yedzi roadster on 15th June in the morning.
Went to the showroom from gurgaon to Delhi in the afternoon. Took the test ride.
Paid the amount then and there. Got the formalities done and the bike was handed over to me by 6pm the very same day thanks to Khandelwal Motorcraft.
Got a few accessories as a compliment.

I would never recommend purchasing from this showroom. I purchased jawa 42 from this showroom at the time of delivery they stated they will provide the number plate within 10 days. However, it’s been more than 3 weeks and when you call them they will not respond.

Visited the showroom to look at the new Yezdi Bikes but disappointed to say the least.
No bikes in the showroom and just one Yezdi Roadster which was already sold and belonged to a customer.
How am I supposed to take a buying decision by just looking at the pictures posters. Ain't I entitled to get a look and feel of the bike, before deciding whether or not, I want to buy.
Might visit another showroom, but the owners of the place really need to get their act in order before attracting a good customer base.
Would have given one star but the sales guy was quite nice and tried to answer all my questions and doubts.
Need to visit another outlet and decide.

They made false commitments on phone that Yezdi roadster is available and I went there and to my disappointment there was not even a bike to check out and they didnt even had staff. On asking, their hr team person said that on Saturday our staff usually remain on leave and she urged me to see pics of byk on her computer, I mean, that was ridiculous. If i went there to check out bike i must have done research and seen pics online but this showroom thinks that people will buy 2.3 lac bike just by seeing photos. They have three showrooms, each being at far end of delhi and have a single yezdi roadster to show, so I would suggest everyone to avoid this showroom as its complete waste of your time and energy

It is one of the best jawa dealership in Delhi and certainly the better service centers available. The staff is helpful and honest, work is done diligently and on time. The staff helps the customer in need and maintains a good professional relation.

At the time of purchasing my bike, the showroom staff treated me very well. They were very responsible, efficient and soft spoken towards me. I was quite content with the experience. But a few days later when i visited the shop for the first servicing, the staff was very rude and misleading regarding the services. The person who was attending us, Hemant, was bluffing us about the services that were promised to us at the time of purchase of our vehicle. I am really disappointed by the inefficiency and the rudeness of the staff.

But Seat Cover Quality is too bad. I suggest to new couple Don't take Seat cover from Showroom. After market will good if you go for best Quality.

Use less serving experience I have faced with this service center for one problem to short out they called me for 5 time to service center but still I am facing problem with bike.
I don’t know that what kind of service there providing to customers I am unable to understand

I bought Yamaha FZ the bike is very nice bike. But the staff is very Bad they don't know how to deal with a customer, Staff Deals Very Bad and Service Is Very Worst (pathetic), I Am Not Happy With Their Service, In Future I Don't Recommend To Anyone,

My friends purchased a bike in 2019 and since dec 2019 he has been on chase with service center to replace shockers yet it's 2021 and still they don't have product in hand to replace due to rust.last mont they told to visit today and today again we have been given 5more days.soon I dropping a tweet to twitter.just don't go for jawa now says they don't have the spare parts.
