Please be informed as on 28 Feb 21, this shop does not do service of the bikes, only sale available here, I wasted my time coming here for service today.

Real bad experience with servicing. I regret buying my bike from here.
A lady on phone asks me if I want to book for service and I said yes also got the message for booking confirmation. But when I reach there on service day they say there is no booking on my name. Even after showing booking message they don't listen.

Mr. Anil Sharma, is managing the workshop very well. He always there for customer satisfaction. He never lose his patience while dealing with anger customers. Thanks Khanna Hero, Nawada for u r services.

I went to their service center and horrible experience i had with them, It was my scooty's first service and I had oil leakage issue, those guys fixed that issue on cost of 500 and when i came back to home, the issue was still there, I tried to get it fixed again but did not work for me due to these unskilled, unprofessional. I must say. CHU**YA labor, Also they dont have washing facility and just handover you your vehicle in dirt and with oil spots on body. I would suggest people to look for someone else

In this Hero showroom Every employee are corrupt including with Manager Anil Kumar Sharma. Life me Maine shyd hi ese log dekhe honge full of arrogantly behavior. One think that I never suggest to going that place Buy or sell Vehicles. All are corrupt person
