Khanna Hospital: Dr. Vivek Khanna, General & Laparoscopic Surgeon

I would not give any star on this institution but since I am unable to write a review without selecting a star hence have to give one. This is a very basic hospital without proper and latest medical equipments and non availability of specialist Consultants if there is a complicated situation to manage. I have lost my pregnant sister in law (babies remained unborn) recently due either negligence of staff / Dr. Dutta or non availability of equipments or specialist doctors who could have saved her life if they were available. As per Dr. Dutta, She got a cardiac arrest and he said it's normal for patients to get cardiac arrests. There is not even an apology from hospital or its owner yet. For them it's just another case but for family it's a case of unrepairable loss. Such an institution does not deserve to be operational anymore.

Thanks for saving my mother.u people r awesome. I traveled whole night from hospital to hospital.no body was taking my mother.thankfull to staff and doctors of khanna hospital.

Worst nursing home. No trained staff. No staff at all available at this hospital. Nurses are doing job at reception work of nurse and file work too. They don't have etiquettes how to talk to patient and attendants. Low grade staff. No basic sense of treatment. What to do what to give. I would give negative review if there were option available in review option. They are a big loot in the form of Doctors and staff. Undertrained nurses who are currently studying. Don't even have proper degrees with them. All the staff and doctor are worthless. No staff available to attend the patient. Every time we have to call the staff as the drip gets over. No call to call Bell option to call nurse or staff in case of any emergency. The attendants have to rush to doctor or staff to see the patient. Only one nurse available at a time to do reception job, nurse job and file work too. Dr S. Datta is only focused on money. Don't know the treatment only have skills how to loot money from patient.

Worst hospital. They killed my mother. Gave steroids. She was just a heart patient. They declared her weak, gave steroids, choked her throat. This Khanna is a criminal.

The worst hospital j have ever seen.: i have a 6 months old baby. He had chest congestion my neighbours suggested me dis hospital, trusting dem i took him to the hospital, the doctor was called on visit with the charges of rs 1000, he came and told me that ur baby needs extra care and so he should be admitted and told the staff to nebulise the child immediately and den after 20 minutes but the first nebulisation was done after 2 hours, the staff was so slow but ignore and i asked for cootpn wid liitle warm water to clean my babies eyes i dint get even after asking dat for 5 times (seriously) and den d next day came dey were so slow for everything, and dis degarde the condition of my baby and den again the doctor came on visit saw my baby and prescribed few medicines and we followed every instruction he gave but then the whole day no staff came on their own and even no other doctor came to see my child and den the very next day again the doctor came on visit and saw my baby and said he needs to be admitted in icu, his condition is not good, the doctor on visit was good but he use to come for few mins only, there were tears in my eyes but i decided to move from the hospital then doctor on duty came and tried to convince to stay but i had made my mind and den they gave me the bill of 17500 and i paid that too par usme doctor on visit charges ke alawa on duty doctor fees was also mentioned (lol). No care, no hygiene, nonprofessionalism, no emotions. If u love ur near and dear ones toh boss yaha mat lejana kabhi.

This is not a hospital. It's a centre that has been created only to loot the people. My sister has been admitted for a day for some minor injuries in her leg and they have made the bill of 60K - which even the insurance company has been mentioning that hospital is billing over charges.
Even a surgery/biopsy does not cost even 30K is a super-specialty hospital. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Really disappointed, a good doc.recommended me this hospital but when visited the experience was horrible.

Doctor Vivek khanna is very good and hospital staff and treatment provide by hospital is excellent.they treat people with heart.thank u

They should get below 1 stars because they don't have time to take care of patients who are in icu and icu charge is too high, they don't have full staff on everytime, inko mariz ki bilkul bhi chinta nahi hai hotel bna rakha hai bas, or icu ke patient ke liye rukne ki jagah toh hai par waha par lagata hai in logo ne janbuz kar 1000 mosquito rakhe jisse patient relative bhi ill ho jaye inn sab ko bas paiso se matlab hai yaha par ek raat patient ko icu me rako toh bill 25000 se kam nahi banata and doctors to pucho mat sale sab din bhar kha ke nurseo ke sath matargasti kar rahte hai

Backend and receiption guys are not Co-operative. Patient suffering from high pain from last 7-9 days.careless attitude. Worst.never ever recommended

Worst staff ever seen, even worsier than washroom staff.
Receptionists are free and dont want to do any work.
Ridiculuos nd worst hospital, dont get operated.

Backend and receiption guys are not Co-operative. Hospital received one CT SCAN report last evening but not having enough time to check and reply to patient either report is positive or negative. Patient suffering from high pain from last 7-9 days.
