Very much unethical company, they employee vendor's employee eventhough when there own work is going on.expedition team and quality team will try to get in touch with vendor's employee and will give reference to there HR.
The HR will take interview and induct them through the bogus contractor under the contractual employees.
The HR will not even ask for the Noc of the vendor also.
It is done on regular basis.
