Price is higher then their quality

Unprofessional staff. They don’t know how to attend the staff. I myself have to ask sm1 to attend me. Secondly there don’t provide you any discount at all on any purchase. Even after so much hiked prices if u ask for carry bag they will charge you for that.

Rude staff. They don't bother to show foot size when asked, they says just look n buy.
Low quality, high prices.
Cheap salespersons and cheap quality products.

Worse attendants, pathetic professionalism. Went there to check out some footwear, wanted to buy the next day (religious reasons). The staff was very rude with his language.

WOULDN'T RECOMMEND - Worst footwears by Kins. They are overpriced, super low quality products and when they get torn, or have issues with the shape or accessories of the footwear, they refuse to even accept the problem and state that all of that is not covered under warranty. This happened when we used the product for only a month.

Delhi's local and most brand for female footwear. The prices are good, a bit on higher side. Usually very crowded, visit during weekdays to avoid rush.

At the time of selling they are very sweet
But when u find something bad and u go to their store they become very rude
Their don’t accept their mistake I will not recommed its very bad

My shoes got damage in just one day.they don’t even replace.biggest cheat on the name of low cost footwear.once sold they don’t even attend you …I decided not to even look at their showroom ….

Purchased a wallet from there. Within two days of use, it became frayed and started peeling off. Total money wasted.

Pathetic staff at this store specially the manager "MANISH". When you ask for your size in some footwear they answer the staff is unavailable to get the same.

The variety of designer footwear you get is unmatched specially for ladies. It has small section for men and kids too

We had visited the store during our visit to Delhi from Bangalore, we purchased few pair of shoes from KIN's store, however they have packed a pair of shoes with different size of shoes, one shoe of 39 and one of 40, however we call the store and shared the pic of bill and shoes, they said send the shoe and then they would check, we said you can send the other miss pair you have of 49 and 40, we would make online payment, to get this check with them we have to make several call and message post that we will get some reply, the staff at store are not at all friendly neither they have customer satisfaction, after the mistake from their end there are telling us to send the shoes to them we will check, however we asked the to share they are not agreeing to that also, due to which the pair of this shoes is of no use for us, the staff are very bad at store and not well mannered to speak to the customers. We recommend people to visit stealetoe's instead of KIN's in Delhi, central market lajpat nagar.
KIN's does not value it's customer not they are happy to serve their customers.

This is the worst experience ever with Kins. The quality of their shoes is cheap n worthless, I brought 2 pairs of shoes which is around 1500 and they broke in 2 days. They repaired for their so called shoes but they again broked up the next day. I just suggesting people. Don’t waste your money over it. Bring your shoes from somewhere else!

Staff should not be only sales oriented.it should be customer oriented or look after dere comfort more

Most unprofessional people. I called to check whether they can exchange bellies or not as I had bought it 2-3 months back and wore only 5-6 times. The quality is so poor for the price I paid and they said yes I can come and exchange. And upon reaching there they refused to change as I had already worn it.
I had clearly mentioned over the call that I had worn it only 4-5 times and the material has started to come off.

Good collection and great prices.always. Centrally located and good customer service. If u know what you want then you will get it here.

I bought a shoe for my son for Christmas on 23/12/17, he wore for midnight at midnight on 23rd night and I realized the zip of the shoe had a defect the stitching was not complete (wide) at the base so the zip could not be closed once it's opened, on 26/12/17 I went back to the shop for either repair or exchange and I got back the same shoe on 20/01/18 with aan ugly odd looking clip at the base and they cited it's the only way. After much pleading they didn't give a replacement so that 1300 shoes is lying unused now. I'm very sad and disappointed at this fraud.
