However, that's where the façade of competence ended. After that initial exchange, it felt like I had been dropped into a black hole of customer service – messages were left unanswered.
Ghosting became the defining characteristic of my interactions with Kiran Infotech's after-sale support team. It's as if they had collectively decided to go on a sabbatical from responding to customers in need. I could practically see their representatives conveniently turning invisible whenever my name popped up on their screens.
But let's not forget the grand finale: the art of being ignored reached its pinnacle when I attempted to escalate the matter. The so-called "escalation" resulted in absolutely nothing changing – a display of indifference that deserves a standing ovation.
