Feel cheated with the whole experience. First they assure that repair would be done and within a few days when the problem occurs again they recommend changing the complete part. Made me pay 1700Rs towards repair and now asking for 5500Rs to change the board. I asked them what was the point of paying for repair then but they have some lame excuses to justify their action. Better to deal directly with brand who atleast ensure their repair will have some warranty.

They have great knowledge, can repair anything. I called them for tv and fridge, satisfied with their service

Response was quick. I got Microwave repair done. Part replaced. Totally satisfying experience.

Didn't turn out to be a good experience, I sent my microwave for some repair as it's display was not working however the oven itself was working fine. I was told that it will be repaired and returned in couple of days however there was no update for 3 days, after repeated follow-ups and many missed commitments it was finally sent back in completely dead condition after almost 7-8 days. Later I got it checked by OEM technician and was told that somebody has changed the main IC due to which complete control board isn't working. He changed the control board and the oven came back to life as before. I do not recommend handing them your expensive and sophisticated electronics. They train on your equipments and return them dead.

Very bad service provider, I had booked for microwave technician (everything was fine in my microwave it was working properly but there was just a wire broke due to this it gives me shock sometimes). The technician told me there is a transformer fault and we have to change it, and he charged me rs3000.
Then I called my known technician (he was out of state) he told me if the transformer is not ok then the microwave will not work but my microwave was working properly as I mentioned before.
There was just a wire broke and for that, they e unnecessary charged me, when I asked the same question from there technician he got mad at me (naya bakra nahi fas paya islye).
After that I called for another technician from another agency and he did that work in 200 bucks only
