I'm satisfied with the koncept A40 Mahindra very carefully sarvice one or two more sarvice centar in South Delhi Mr puneet ji has good experience

It was an efficient service center earlier but now the staff is very lousy and unaware of what is happening with their customer's car.
I called my service advisor before coming to take the my car, he told that the car will be ready by 6: 30 pm and I reached the place at 5: 45. After 45 minutes of waiting he told me that the car is not ready.
Thats not the kind of behavior a customer expects, very disappointed.
I'll be thinking twice before giving my car for service at this place. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this place.

Worst experience.they refused to change my part under warranty by giving technical mumbo jumbo and why I put fevi Kwik to hold it together. Harassing the customers.please request you not to get any service, warranty claim and parts changed from them. They are thieves and will try extracting maximum money from you till your car leaves the station. Have reported them to mahindra customer care and have to see if they being a reputed company take some action or let these people harass customers like they have no choice

Experienced this service center only once till now so for now all seems good.

- enough space to not get clutter of cars
- decent and courteous staff
- no extra things or services or car treatment pushed then what was required

So for now a decent experience with them.

Very good Mahindra service centre having all parts and good staff along with sanitized surrounding people having Mahindra cars should definitely go for service to koncept Mahindra

Went there to get my high security registration plate done and they took few minutes and were extremely efficient.

Worst worst worst experience. I reported at 11 am One hour wait nobody bothered to make a job card, after three hours my car was just driven (tested) and not even started with the service procedures. I was continuously forced to leave the workshop wherein I know the mechanic was not doing what I told him to do. The service manager and the mechanic were both waiting to leave asap 6pm and just wanted to get the job done no matter if the thing works or not. My fuel injectors were not cleaned which was also the part of service and I made it clear. Also complained about it to mahindra nothing happened. I received my car with ugly wash with water marks on all glasses and no underbody wash. My outside mechanic does it more efficiently. And he delivers it on time too.

Don't believe in customer service, and timely delivery, their staff just making money from customers through different way.

Service is efficient and good. Ruchika, Lalit, Naushad and others are great examples of how to get things done quickly and well.

The waiting lounge aint that good but the services are satisfactory. The customers usually outnumber the employees they have so eventually waiting time is more than expected but as mahindra's service centres are not one we can rely totally on, this one is somewhat not the others. The services they provide are up to the mark. Have got my alturas and xuv500 serviced wilth them, no complaints as of now)

Good service.but with a lot of delay's was here for the first service of Kia.but took the entire day only if they could prioritize between the nature of work they can improve

Yesterday i visited there to get my car serviced. And yes, they perfectly serviced my car with proper cleaning. But the cons is that the waiting time was too long.

Highly unprofessional and un experienced staff from top to bottom and they dont bother about customer satishfaction. Even they dont care about their main job. I want to give them negative star but there is no oftion of this. I serviced my newly purchase XUV3OO and after that there is continouesly engine problem in my XUV.

Very costly to maintain Mahindra cars, moreover, staff is unprofessional and service they do is not up to the mark.

No Professional approach. Car kept in the service center from 3rd Aug till 7th August. No update was provided to me as a customer. Had to give number of calls to check about the vehicle. Also, the job card entry date in the application shows in correct date. As per them job card was opened on 5th. This is totally unprofessional approach. Job done also not mentioned in the service history. I am a three year old customer of this service center, still the treatment is unprofessional and pathetic. Writing this review at 6 PM on 7th August. Car is still there in the service center.

Unprofessional service centre. Neither they know the work nor how to deal with the customers. Should have given negative star but the option is not available.

They are very lazy and services are not satisfactory. They are responding and tell a lie to the customer.

Mr rajendra bhatt is nice person i like his way of treating customer and he is very genuine man, i recommended mr bhatt for attending your car if you want true and real service

By their washing my car get with full white spots bcoz they mixed something in the water said, by their team. And these spots never get removed from the car.
Pls don't visit these Center. Their advisor are also illiterate.

Good service and very professional staffs. Upto the mark in terms of customer acknowledgement and values.
