The showroom was unable to provide me a test drive of Venue for 12 days so finally I booked a Maniye which was value for money unlike Venue which seems overpriced.

Lazy salesperson thought a kurta pyjama wearing guy isn't a serious prospect. Handled me to another sales guy who had half knowledge about the Hyundai variants.

Anyways I went back and booked my car at MG.

Delay was there in clearance of car. Sales guys were very helpful. Office boy was very descent.

Very bad after sales and service. My name is Virendra Seth From Solwet marketing Private Limited i purchased CRETA CAR on December 2018 from Okhla Showroom, i would personally recommend not to buy any HYUNDAI CAR from any of the showroom of KONCEPT Hyundai. Also recommend not to get RTO Vehicle Registration done. They do not have proper RTO cordination and you will loose your Original RC.

Koncept Hyundai green park Best Dealership to buy hyundai car in south Delhi and staff is so nice.

The staff was very friendly and took us through every detail of the car which were looking to purchase.

My experience with this outlet has been terrible.

I went to the showroom on 11th June and wanted to test drive the Elantra. Since the car was not available that day, I was told by the representative, Mr. Rajinder Singh, that he would contact me on Wednesday to fix a time for the test drive. That didn't happen. I had to call the showroom on Wednesday evening to ask. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I then called them again on Friday and then on Sunday. Mr. Paramjit was attending to me, and said that he would call back within a few minutes. That did not happen as well.

All that is happening is that I'm receiving messages from these guys about GST benefits etc. No one, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE from their team has taken the initiative to call me, and arrange a test drive. I live in Hauz Khas Enclave, literally a 5-7 minute (or less) drive from the showroom.
