Today I went to kotak mahindra bank branch-Kamla Nagar New Delhi I wanted to deposit cash but there was no one available at the cash counter time-2.05pm their service was like that of Gramin Bank. There was no place even for the customers to sit, all the customers were standing there. I had to go back after waiting at the cash counter for 25 minutes. I have never seen such bad service. The behavior of the employee was very rude and talking very badly.
I visited three times for updation of my number and all those three times they made different excuses. I will visit tomorrow also.let's see kya hota hai.so useless and non cooperative employees
Opening an account online was quite easy but the process after that was really bad. Its been more than a month since I have open my account online. The KYC is not yet completed. I didn't receive any updates for the same. It took them more than 3-4 weeks for my KYC and yet Its not completed. I wouldn't recommend anyone to open their account unless they have a lot of time to waste and has patience.
