Very bad service provided by bank, they are always ready to account opening process only. Other services of the branch are tooo bad Need to take action on staff and improve the quality of service other than account opening. They all are busy with the new customers only. Bad service provided I ever seen in the bank Government bank are better than the kotak bank or kotak sector 5 branch

The staff make you wait for 2 to 4 working days to get your work done. They make you stand. All they care about is account opening and not good services. I am not aware of other branches but this branch is worst.
Very bad experience of this bank and branch, koi bhi staff even branch manger kaam karne ko tyar nahi, hamesha inka sarver band hota hai sirf apne logo ka server chalu karte hein, mere samne he kiya hai aisa, mere deposit nahi kiye bola server down hai, Magar apne jaankar logo ke paise deposit kiye, kyu majak bana rakha hai logo ka, koi please action lo,
Very poor sevice. From last saturday they arechaving issues with their sever n because of that i am trying their different branches to get just a passbok. Not happy at all
Very bad experience. I had requested for open saving A/C. Its been 45 days gone but ac still not opened. Branch employees have multiple excuses when we ask for a/c.very bad experience with kotak.
Useless Bank & Branch and Total Non Branch. Society maintenance small amount cheque one month paid but with similar Sig next month check returned with remarks in the monthly statement sign differ. No intimation given to account holder or contact made. Banks levies huge charges. Account holder Customer ID 61312975
They guys not atteding pick call mention no.even they guys have dont knowledge about anything.and very pathetic attitutude with client.branch manager unnessary replace it.
This is just one of the most pathetic experience i had in life and the Attitude the bank has is as if they are above everything. We had an OD with icici and they told us that they will be offering lower interest and processing fee if we shift there, once closed the icici one, they changed the version to higher rate and processing then what we were even paying in icici. Finally even wrote to senior management, but didn't even got any response, finally reinstated the OD with a different bank. But in whole process, 6 crucial months were lost and unnecessary harassment i had gone through. Exactly similar incident happened with a friend also. Just avoid Under all circumstances and if in case you have to do, get even a single thing in writing!
The team at this branch don't have any urgency or sensitivity for customers, there is no control and evey individual has its own way of working, absolute choas and chalta hain attitude, it's a black mark on Kotak
