I went there for the withdrawal of passbook but the staff is didn't want to work they are busy in gossips and all very bad service even govt. Banks gave good service
Some employees with fake id cards collect documents from home and take money on the name of processing fees. Now they don't have any answer and suggest to visit in ambadeep branch.
Not even worth a single star. They may lure you for a cheaper loan rate, but dont expect even lowest level of service.no service at all.you cant even reach them for your issues. Ghost bank.never make a mistake to go with them. ICICI is way better.
Kotak Mahindra bank is very bad bank and I have had very bad experence with banks I have paid all my housing loan dues even after that still my house papers are not due to me today its been 48 days
Third Class Bank, worst experience with this bank, I have taken home loan from them that was my biggest mistake. Just. 25 % was the less interest from ICICI Bank, but it was a trap. Go for any other bank but not Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Worst Bank, Unprofessional staff. I called them regarding my DOD account, phone banking executive told me to visit branch, I visited branch, branch people told me to call customer care service loan department, I called them, they transferred my call to phone banking department and then again I am getting the same response from them to visit branch. These people don't want to work and transferring the issue from one department to another without any solution.
I had requested for a credit card from the bank which Kotak Mahindra offered me however I received the card without a pin and when I try the website of Kotak mahindra to generate pin I never receive the OTP. After several attempts I was at last able to pass the Kotak mahindra useless IVR and reached the Kotak mahindra loan department and then they transferred me to the credit card department because credit card option ask for the pin to connect to the team, Advisor on the other end think that customer are fool and tell me to follow the same process which I have been trying for 4 days. At last I have to cancel the credit card which I have not even used. Also In my loan MY details are updated wrongly and now I have to take a day of the work to visit there loan office at KG marg Branch to get them right as they are opened from Monday to Friday and I was never informed about this and I have visited the branch on Saturday.
Kotak mahindra is the worst bank to deal with, Would never opt for any of your services again nor would suggest anyone to go with the bank. Pathetic bank and pathetic services.
