**WORST** Branch ever visited in my life. The behaviour of the staff is superb, soft spoken, well behaviour, but inside and behind they are filled with lies. Its been approx 15 days, they are not opening a locker. When i visited branch they said lockers are available and showed me lockers too. I opened a new saving account here and i myself shifted my other accounts to this branch. Its my life's blunder mistake. Till date they are giving me reason that system is getting while alloting locker to me and they have blamed me after 15 days that i have not submitted FD creation form. BEWARE. NEVER GO TO THIS BRANCH IN LIFE. Its Fraud.
FRAUD BANK. They are harassing a friend of mine who came to delhi for studies. They themselves took all her money of tuition and converted it into fixed deposits. She has been complaining everywhere from 2 months but they just won't give her money back. She couldn't submit her fees and now was kicked out of her coaching. Now she is depressed and need money for medical treatment. Even now they won't give her money back. Go to any bank but not kotak mahindra bank.
@11: 30am 07/26/2019 Went to this location since I was receiving money through Xoom/ria services. Upon entering the location I was questioned rather than greeted as to what I was there to do. I told the rep that I was there to pick up money that was sent through Xoom. The rep told me that they don't support Xoom services and further said that they won't be able to help me after I told them that their location was on Xoom website. The rep directed me to the manager who finally told me that they don't support Xoom services even after I showed her that the location is listen on the website. Worst customer service Fake service advertising
