So cordial and cooperative staff like deaf and dumb. Whatever u say they don't care. Visiting 3 times for query, the staff don't care #faizal. My request rejected also informed to me after me visiting the branch at CP even chasing on call by me many times. Worst bank dont deserve even a star.
This branch is the worst. Everyone is busy in their worlds and no one knows how to do a single thing. You just stand there for one hour and still, they won't notice you. They can have an office meeting in front of you about what to do in the branch but they can't resolve your issue. It seems like only one person is doing all the work and he has no problem making you wait and talking to someone else on call without helping you. You are routed to call customer care when you come to the branch. Then instead of a branch, they should open a call center then people might not go there and waste their time.
Absolutely disgusted with my experience with Kotak bank. I hold a few current accounts and POS machines from the bank. While signing up for the account, their executives Priyanka and Jagriti sold blatant lies and promises which they never fulfilled. A very dissatisfied customer!
Kotak services are very disappointing they freeze my 811 account without informing me and after enquiring from customer service representative (which is also not a toll free no.) They said your address is wrong in documents but also they delivered my debit card to my address then how it could be wrong, they said remaining amount of your account would be delivered to your address by demand draft then how my address information is wrong
We don't have negative rating option that is why given 1 star. Please do not open your account in Kotak Mahindra bank. I am chasing to Mr Rohit Bank Manager to close my account. I submitted all the documents to Mr. Rohit but he is not answering my call.bahut hi Sarkari log hai. Employees are relaxing in the bank full time.
No information provided while opening any Account. (Like min Balance etc) Won't bother to reply to your emails. Extra charges deducted without any notification. Highest foreign currency transfer rate among all the banks (they will tell you less initially). Bluff you by telling you just the exchange rate and then will wait for transfer rates to increase and then will make the transfer after a week. Not to mention with 3 categories of processing fees which you would never come to know unless you notice the transferred amount and mail them multiple times to send the transfer amount breakage.
Worst NBFC I had ever deal in my life. They do not know how to maintain Account statement. Bogus charges debited every month. These guys are the real beggars.
