Worst experience I've faced by the staff, they are too slow, I'll never open account again in kotak Mahindra Bank

Their behaviour with the customers was very bad and they did not have any value or candidte's time. They were doing their own work.

Staff is very insensitive and cold. They need to train staff on customer service. HDFC staff are very warm.they are very polite and always come forward to help
