Very slow service.staff are very much tension free that customer is waiting.

This is worst bank ever. My account was freezed, they don't know the procedure to unfreeze. They took my all details but also they couldn't. Don't have manner how to talk with customers. Worsttttr bank ever, Never open a bank account in this bank. Worst bank ever!

This bank is very pathetic service even bank manager don't know how to talk with people his behaviour is very to customer when talking to them he said please don't waste my time.

No good attitude of staff towards customers, I visited two times in the branch and both time I got worst experience. I had deposited cheque a week ago and it is not cleared yet, so I visited branch but they said go to your home branch, when I visited the Home branch they said go to that branch there is nothing from their side. No Customer value is provided by the branch.

Worst service. Whenever I go for passbook they say server is not working or printer is not working.
