It's the most disgusting office of Kotak in India

Nothing work, ATM and Deposit machine all time out of service.
Unprofessional staff.

If you come to this branch be ready to wastage minimum 50 minutes without result.

The bank should be ashamed of such staff

Worst bank I've ever seen. Even Govt. Bank are better than this. Everytime I went there. They said our printer is not working, staff is on holiday, DD has finished.that's it.

In my opinion, they do not deserve a single star but I cant post without a star so I gave one star. Please consider 0 star from me to this branch. I went to their Saket, delhi branch twice for the getting Passbook but their printer is not working, An extremely unprofessional employee said she do not know by when it will be fixed. Kotak can spend crores in there marketing strategies but do not care about the basic operations of bank which affects there customers. I request others to not consider this bank for opening new accounts instead go for IDFC branch, There service and employee behavior is great compared to this branch. Extremely unhappy with this branch.

First time visit kotak branch and happy with experience.arpita ji take care very well and she is professional with good knowledge and skills.and she will resolve my pbm with in 10 mint.every bank should keep this kind of staff.good job keep it up
