Extremely bad experience please don't waste time and money here.extremely unprofessional behaviour of staffs. They trap you for their own benefits not trustworthy at all.highly disappointed. And i want seniors of kotak to look into this.

Rude staff. The person/lady at the Cash deposit desk does not have the decency to talk to the customers. Bad experience. Kotak Mahindra must work on training their staff.

Nothing special. You should be sure that you don't get all you need unless untill you visit any bank for 2 or 3 times

@Apeksha Negi Kotak Deputy Manager I visited multiple times but I am not getting a good response from them.
