Really, only by sending an email on this mail ID issue will be solved? Just the way issues are handled and solved by sending information to BM/AM Principal Nodal etc? Stop giving scripted response and try doing audits of how your bank's teams/branches etc work. Kotak is full of fraudsters and scammers now.
Latest expertise is that they breach client's personal and banking info to their EX employees who are not in the bank now.

Worst bank, worst branch with a huge group of unprofessional. They do all kind kind of scams with clients and when they are caught they start making excuses. Their leadership including nodal etc cover their mistakes quite nicely.

Noone in the branch/bank is ready to work. Start banking with them and you will feel that's it's worst than those street chit fund companies.
They always have one excuse ready to hide their fault.

Stay away from this bank and specially this branch.

Very rude staff not at all helping and there server is always done or there audit is gng on
