This branch is very bad branch and customer care number is always going unreachable nd wrong number etc.very bad branch and service also very bad

Staff is too lazy only a cashier girl name i think Ms. Ragini.she is only doing her work with pressure other staff was roaming around not willing to help her instead of help they make unity and shouts on her.must change this full staff.sincere and Mature staff is require in this branch.

Very incapable staff.it takes me 1hr for only one transaction.they don't have a word of their own.they don't think for other's time.they just do their own work

It's been over 25 days an employee of this bank Pradeep Pandey came to my house and I given him 2 lac cheque for opening account
Still no response from the bank and him where the cheque went and why account has not been opened yet

They are not picking up phone i tried 50 times but no rpyl from kodak mahindra bank

And Kotak all services are very nice

Time is of no value for the staff. Pretends to be busy all the time. And in return we get to hear "they have thousands of customers like us to handle". With this experience, it feels like nationalised banks are much better than the private banks.

Where there is no value of time, I suppose there is no value for anything.
