Worst bank ever they will trap you in their 15 to 20 years lock scheme.without even knowing you. I'm a student and they trap me in their 15 years lock scheme and now I don't even have money to pay my premium.

How can i activate my dormant account.as i am out of station right now.and my account is very important to me. Can you please help

The behavior of staff is very bad.

One of the worst banking experience with worst staffs. The behavior of staffs is very bad. They are rude and always refuse to help. They don't even know how to talk to customers. I went to this branch to get my queries solved but they refused to do so and asked to visit Connaught Place. They don't even know what consumer finance is. Thereafter, I asked to change a note of 500 for which they refused saying they would not change any note as the note is torn. When I said that I had get the torn notes of 500 changed couple of times in other banks then they asked to visit same banks.

One of the bad experiences in any kotak bank branch.staff is not that helpful.
There is only a window available for deposit or for cash.if we ask the next window staff for a deposit or withdrawal they always say that they are busy with other work so they can't help.this happened always.
