Wrong location. Don't go there either go to nearest branch which is at mathura road.

Opening a bank account in kotak is all about getting tortured.u will get a service feedback call by 4-5 people in a week and all of them will tell u that i am ur relationship manager.means they change ur relationship manager on daily basis.same set of questions by each and every relationship manager.so i suggest if u have an account.and get a call its a service feedback call.just cut the call on their face till the time u cannot close the bank account over here.
