The bank's service falls far short of expectations. Despite maintaining a wealth account with them, I consistently experience prolonged wait times of 1 to 1: 30 hours when I visit for cash withdrawals. Even for routine banking tasks, the staff operates at a frustratingly slow pace. In the past, there was a helpful individual named Parbhat Khare, but he has been transferred, leaving customers without the assistance they need.

The bank's service is extremely disappointing. We hold a wealth account with this bank, and every time I visit for a cash withdrawal, I am forced to wait for at least 1 to 1: 30 hours. They open accounts quickly but if you want to close it they really really trouble you to the core till you drop dead! SAD

I having account in kotak bank vasant vihar but my address having some problems. I already give adhar Card copy and application. But they gay's are not giving any response. They didn't pic my call aslo.
