Wrost experience ever in private bank
This bank is look like a goverment bank.
But goverment bank is good one as comparison with this bank.
Bank employee doesn't have good management skills they does not know how to handle costomer.
They know the only one thing how to Procastinat costomer's work.
They just pass the customer on to the next employee, then the next employee passes on the next employee, no one does do their own work.

The Branch Manager is never present in the Branch. The staff is very negligent. They always delays the work by one pretext or the other. I want to Change my bank but they are not even closing my account.

Staff on first floor is rude and totally acting informally. No sense how to talk to people. Disgusting experience

Worst bank, I have first time call my savings account Relationship manager for Interest Certificate, now almost three days, he didn't able to provide that always give a new excuse. Bank is private but work like government Bank.

I visited today for Update my Mobile number in my Kotak 811 account.they are not doing any work instead of referring to each other.every one just send othercounter to counter.i don't know why worst than Govt bank.

Most pathetic staff, no clarity on any queries my wife is no in condition to visit branch but they always in attitude and giving always next week date.don't come to this branch or select this branch most if you have opened account through 811

Worst Bank. Staff don't know how to deal with customer. Relationship manager is of nouse. The front desk person over there suggested me to close the account. The bank staff want to close the account otherwise they will make to you so frustrate, you will close your account yourself. And for this kotak officials are responsible for hiring such worst branch manager.

Good banking experience with Kotak, not very crowdy, you have ATM & Deposit machine aside.

For credit card you can find people on front of bank for kotak.

Worst Services, The bank employees totally uneducted. First they take 20 days to open my account after opening they freeze my account. The management dont have any knowledge of business. When ever i call the branch manager Mr. Ratneshwar he making excuses, i dont know why hiring these type of people if they dont know how to work. Better close the bank if you dont know how to give services. Worst Staff i had seen ever.

Worst Bank I had already provided the documents but he is not opening my account from last 15 days. When i call in bank he always say account will be open in one day and not picking my call.i call him 20+ a day but still i have bad response. No work is done yet. Veryy cheap kotak bank. They have no explanations about the money is deducted and they don't refund as well in the customer's account.

This is the worst bank ever. At the time of opening new bank account they will treat you like their guests, but once it gets opened they don’t care for you they will even deduct certain amounts from your account without even getting your permission. Staff here is certainly not good as well. They don’t seem to know the difference of whom they are talking to. They disrespected my badi ma publicly. INR Rs 50000 deducted from my account without my permission and the only plausible explanation that they have is that someone send a mail to them claiming it to revert back the same payment that i received from a customer few days back. I don’t know what is the basis of such authorisation of payments. I have been waiting like hell to get this issue resolved. The only answer that i get from staff over there is to talk to customer helpline or write mails. I don’t know whether i will get my money back or not. I have to plan marriage for my sister and it seems like that amount is certainly not coming back. I wouldn’t even rate it 1*, it is what i have to choose by default what i can give them. I will give them 0* if it were upto me. They themselves are fraud who deduct money from your account and then claim it was someone else who did it.

Yamuna vihar bank ke staff ne private bank ko bhi sarkari se bhi ghatiya kar diya hai.same bank ka cheque clearance mai bhi 2 or 3 working days lagte hai.

Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM is located in C-9, DDA market adjoining to sunder dairy. This ATM is opend round the clock but with out security guard. You can withdraw cash from this ATM any time. It is maintained by nearby Kotak Mahendra bank branch. ATM machine is always seen in working condition. Wheelchair axes is not available.
