Worst bank service too poor.i already paid all amount of credit card in april 2020 and till date getting calls from bankers, While i m not using this card since october 2019.i told everyone that i paid all amount but different different peoples calling for payment payment and payment and made me harrashment.no one understand why they calling me while i paid all amount.

Worst bank in malviya nagar location. Very poor services offered. Staff is untrained and unfriendly. And most important they deduct charges for even coughing and sneezing.

Worst experience with this branch, people working there are worst, they think they are boss.

I deposited a cheque and that got bounced.
I contacted bank to get me chq they started giving excuses and later handed over me a phone number for the concern dept.so I called that no from the bank it was invalid, and after a long search they couldn't even get their Gurugram branch phone number and told me to wait for a call, which they never made.
I have not received the chq yet

Minus star to this bank, worst bank no customer support, I have not received any debit card and cheque book till now (over 10months)
