Got ready for my engagement from Kriti mam i was so happy, got so many compliments everyone absolutely loved my makeup i have pre booked kriti mam for my wedding can't wait her team is just awesome grt team work

I loved the makeup and my overall look created in this studio. They have a systematic way of doing things step by step which made it easier to get ready and look good despite of so many customers at the same time.

I recently had my engagement and opted for the highest package at this beauty salon. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. They didn't discuss anything with me before starting the makeup, and there was an array of packages with the one I chose being overhyped.

The makeup artist, Kriti, finished my makeup in just 15 minutes and never bothered to have a discussion or even meet me before the makeup day. This resulted in her having no idea about my preferences. On top of that, my makeup started breaking within half an hour of reaching the venue, and there was no base – only powder.

The hairstyle wasn't discussed either; they just started and gave everyone the same look. While the hospitality is good, the end result should have spoken volumes. In this case, it was the worst beauty experience of my life.

I had a call with their staff, who were polite and tried to help, but the overall experience didn't justify the cost. I highly advise against choosing this salon for Kriti's services. The lack of consultation, rushed application, and unsatisfactory results make it an overhyped and disappointing choice.

Got hair colour and cut done. Bilal and Anshul were really great in giving me right tips, recommendations. Also a patch test was done on me first to visualise how the colour will look on me. They take very good care oh their clients. From tea coffee to snacks and in between chats.looking forward to more sessions.

Bst makeup done by Kirti mam she is the bst I always wanted to get my makeup done by her only … bst staff nd cooperative also.

Did not like the overall experience of getting ready for my reception for the price paid.
The reels and reviews online makes you feel very good of the whole vibe of this place, but sadly it was just about finishing the work asap for them.
0. They do not care about your hair at all, no heat protection spray is applied. And they easily finish an entire bottle of hair spray for every step of the hairdo.
1. They charge as per the event, when there is absolutely no difference in the services offered. (Why go for reception and pay double the price when you can get the same for half if you mention engagement) Even the lady at the reception could not explain me why.
2. If you are paying a premium price, you expect everything to be included. But they charge extra for the hair accessory, extension etc. And they are a lot overpriced.
3. The quality of the service is bad, multiple people asked if I wanted to get nail paint done when clearly the shades were not matching. And the one they applied was so pathetic I had to change again before my event.
4. There is no music, no enthusiastic people wanting to get you ready and look the best for your event. Overall very dead vibe even though the facilities look good from outside.
5. The HD makeup gets caky after a while. I wanted a natural look but got a fair dolled up one with glitter eye shadow and dark kajal.

Will not recommend this place to anyone especially for your special days. I had a better experience in my local area parlour.

Had my bridal makeup done with Kriti. It was not at all according to my face cut. She hardly took 10minutes and makeup so done. All the other brides present there were looking same. She use same trick with all clients and not even bother to ask your preference.

Mam, yesterday i went to your salon early morning specially from south delhi for hydra facial bcz i have seen your Instagram stories & i wanted to try it.
& i am happy with that facial.
Also i have seen beauty packages in ur salon & i took 899 packages for hair spa and pedicure, i was happy you are giving services in such a good price but when it comes for services its was too pathetic.pedicure was not good still i thought leave my main concern was hair spa as i need relaxation but it turns badly.there was too noise for the spa secondly he washed my hair I told him my scalp is too oily pls washed it again he said he will do after spa once again, then he applied cream in 4 section only and give my massage only for 5-7 mins on my head, add steamer on hair & he went from dere, i was waiting for him to come do it properly but nobody came there then i called receptionist too call that guy but someone else come & did my wash.i was like what was it, hair spa means uh will get proper massage, then steam and then wash & it had to be done in 45 mins.but in my entire life i had Never took hairspa like this very bad service for hair spa & i told all this on reception too. It hurts me a lot whether it is 500,900 or 1500 i gave my money & time to get a good services when i specially came early from so far.i was too hurt that i wastage my money and time to get this bad services & i hope you will have look on this concern.thank you Mam

The most smooth running salon I've ever visited. Every professional is so nice and open to working with your style and how you want it. Highly recommended!

Kriti dii is just an amazing and humble person, she welcomed mee with a big smile and staff over there was soooo good that I didn't felt lonely infact I felt like I belong to this place and It felt like my home only.and I would recommend everyone to visit there for having such an amazing experience.

I got my Sagan HD makeup from senior artist. Even though it's a little expensive, but it's worth it. I also had doubts before and after booking but I looked so pretty. Staff is cooperative and senior artist was so polite. My blouse was a little difficult they helped me so much with it. My makeup was so good everyone complimented. Really would suggest you to book them (senior artist if not your budget). Thank you for making my day so special.

I just wanted to convey my heartfelt thankyou to Kriti Ma’am for dolling me up like a princess on my engagement ceremony yesterday. Each and everyone was awestruck to see me dressed up so beautifully. She literally made my day. She understands what the client wants and gives exactly the same touch.

Service, staff, make up, decor everything is just outstanding. Never seen a make up studio like this one.

Always love her work. My sister got dolled up by Kritids herself and everybody was stunned to see her. People at the wedding were repeatedly asking me about from where her bridal makeup was done as she was looking really beautiful.

Used their services for my sisters and totally worth it. Staff is also well behaved and caring.

I want to give a feedback for your staff and makeup artists.
First of all I’ll start with the those who handle your salon’s bookings (beautiful ladies on reception). They are so humble, bht achhe se guide krte h. Maine party makeup booking krai thi but after few days my maasi also wanted to book but mujhe time hi nhi mila k m apke studio jakr book krwau and function ki date close agyi, i was tensed k ab book hoga ya nhi so i called to you studio and told them the whole story k m busy hu and makeup add krana h booking me, the lady on the other side said its ok m phone pr hi book krdungi bcz aapne advance booking ki hui hai.i mean omg kon itna understanding hota hai.literally koi nhi krte.my whole family was impressed by this gesture of you staff member then finally function ka day, we reached your studio for makeup, vaha apka staff mtlb m kya words bolu to express how good your staff is.my mother wasn’t feeling good, so unko water with some salt chaiye tha.
I told your staff k aise aise baat h please salt lado paani k saath.they were on there toes literally.and quickly water with some salt le aaye vo.
Now my feedback for your makeup artist, mtlb bhyi kya h superb makeup krte hai and within few minutes.jo instructions diye ussi k according superbly outstanding makeup kiya.jisko dekhkr i was in tears khushi se, their time management is superb, time se bhi pehle ready the hum, tension hi nhi late hone ki.each and every member of your staff was doing their work timely. Kisiko bolne ki requirement hi nhi thi k mera hairdo krdo ya draping nails.noo.humne nhi bola kuch.rather your staff was like mam nails kralo mam draping, mam hairdo.kya word lekr aau m apke or apke staff k liye.upr se prices for party makeup, usme services, so budget friendly.and yes makeup itna achha k apne jo ye post dali h eyes makeup mera b similar tha apke staff ne jo kiya tha. Apka makeup to h hi best apke artist b superbly outstanding krte h. Now mere dad ka feedback.for you and your staff. I got my makeup done for engagement and bridal.
To be honest I was very happy with the outcome. Got so many compliments and likes/followers. The best thing is that kriti Ds system is perfect. They manage everything very well. Every step from getting CTM done, to changing into outfit, to getting hair done to final makeup is properly organized. Staff is also very nice.

I got global hair colour with highlights done for the first time. The colour is just ok. Few points to consider if you have hair conditions like that of mine -
1. Since I had heena, highlights were patchy as it doesn't work on heena treated hair and was already told to me by stylist before hand
2. The stylist told me they are using bleach for highlights which I later heard is harmful for hair and pre-lightening can be done in other ways, so just check with them once if they can avoid bleach.
3. If you have grey hair, avoid highlights from top of the hair as grey will be visible more in crown area as highlights would only bleach the dark hair but since no colour is deposited on highlights, the grey remains grey.

She’s the best makeup artist in India. Superb skills, she makes you look the best version of yourself

Guys pls visit this place if u have a knowledge about makeup.
I went for my engagement makeup in this salon and their Sr. Artist did my makeup nd she ruined my day even the hair dresser also they dont listen you.
Despite of telling them that this look will not suite me they will make u the way they want.
Pls pls pls pls dont go without having any knowledge abt it.

She is the most down to earth person I ever met. She has magic in her hands. The whole staff is also very supportive and humble. I have got done my wedding makeup from kriti ds and yes it was the best decision of my life. My make-up was as it is till the morning and doesn't turned out grey as well. She understood what look I want and made me comfortable as well. I also got my party make-up done here for my czns wedding and it was also very beautiful. Kudos to the staff as well for being supportive and humble.

I got my Roka makeup done by the makeup artist Sarita at Kriti DS, she understood my skin and my expectations first and then gave me a look that was better than what i had expected. I would like to recommend her for all the brides who want a dewy natural makeup.
The hairstylist did a phenomenal job as well, he kept working and suggesting various styles till the time i was completely satisfied. Everybody was extremely warm, welcoming and helpful, from the guards at the entrance to the makeup artists and the other assisting staff.

Thank you so much maam for making my day special i got so many compliments i was not able to take smile off my face ️️️ i am still getting compliments till today it’s been 2 years and i loved the way you did my makeup and your senior artist did my sister in law’s makeup that day

I booked for assistant makeup but i had the worst experience. They charged extra for lashes but the lashes didn't even lasted till i reached the party. The makeup was also below average. Highly disappointed!

A very bad experience. Pathetic make up for my engagement. Made me a wax status.i have sharp features which she ruined by making me looking so bloody artificial. Quality of product is poor as it popped out acne and she said it is bcz of highlighter. I asked her repeatedly that it is white she said it will settle down.

Funny part is i asked her to make my skin glow with the make up and it should not be dry. And she put golden glitter all over my face. Is this the way you show your skills.

Worst make up done by her. Also she will not take any interest in your hairstyle. Also, she doesnt allow you to pull ur head up while doing making.

Irony is i have a photogenic face and i easily get gud puctures clicked which any makeup.but with Kriti's makeup i was struggling with the pictures. She did not even posted my picture on her insta page. But you will easily find her models with different look.

Also, i have oberved at her saloon that every next girl is getting ready in the same way. Same white makeup.kriti n team plz focus on quality rather than money. Kindly value others time as well. You guys have spoiled my day.
