Hi, I have visited the store few days back with my daughter for her wedding makeup, I am very satisfied and happy with the service given by Sanvi, very cooperative and my daughter who is a beginner in makeup is now quite comfortable with the technique she has explained. Thanks

I visited before one week
I had awsome experience at this store. The makeup artist Mrs. Sukriti Gandhi helped me out so much. She is very friendly and patient.

Went to kryolan today. Suha hosted me and she calmly listened to what all my needs are and accordingly she helped me find the right shade and gave me demo multiple times until I was satisfied.
I must say she did a wonderful job!

I can't think why people are saying that there staff is not good. I purchased some products from here and they treated me very nicely.

Lajpat store is providing fake product of kryolan in the price of original they r not giving original product I bought two paint stick and I realise this is not original bcs not getting results after using this stick

Staff behaviour is very bad and they speak very loudly with customer we are sitting for 2 mint for rake rest so sales girl tanupreet kaur is laughing on our she is very bad sales girl but i love kraylons product so i am purchasing rs. 4200 products but next time i will not come over there

It's a krylon brand exclusive store.they have all varieties of makeup products. The staff there can assist you to choose right products according to your skin type and complexion.krylin is mostly used by makeup professionals, however on price point it's bit pricey when compared to pac cosmetics.

Very high end salon with exclusive supply of kryolan makeup products. Quick and easy to buy if you know what u need. Didnt experience any hassles while buying and staff is very friendly and polite and qualified too. Didnt avail any services so no comment there

There was a time when kryolan store was THE pro makeup store in entire Delhi but now, whenever you visit them they don't have half the things which are listed on their website. The staff behaves disinterested and treat you in an ignorant manner.

Worst experience with kyolon, all the time there products are out of stock. Whether you go direct or you book them on line, I went to lagpat nagar thrice from ghaziyabad, and I booked my product on snap deal also. Yuk yuk yuk

BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN HERE! The management of this showroom had the worst staff members specially manager lady and head (guy), so disappointed that they have forgot it is about customer service, except that they were unfriendly, hypocrite, very unprofessional, egoistic, we were 10 ppl with our beauty cosmetologist teacher, we went there to buy supracolor base kit of 12colors + other products, first of all, that manager lady gave no sort of demonstration, neither bothered to attend us, nor she had any single pallet of SCbk of 12 shades, she didnt talk properly even with my teacher, she treated us as low standard in front her, they give no student discount. They wud nt let us take picture even, I really hope there was a policy to sue them

P. S. - we end up buying our base kit from PAC cosmetics, they gave demonstions even if u ask them again n again, they will tell you /guide you wt to buy and wts best fr ur profession, they even give a 5% off on cash, the staff Nd manager treated us like professionals.

Worst experience I called them to know the availability of derma orange concealer they didn't take to much interest in answering my query. At all.

Best professional products i ever used. Staff is also friendly, open all days but the con side is the store seems to like closed from main gate but it is open from the very left small door.

Nice range of beauty n in make up range. Not verry expensive that much n can be affordable easily. Thkz to kryolan, n the basic n best part is that who ever people use in make up from top to bottom everyone try to use kryolan concealer n base.
