I recently had the pleasure of trying the pav bhaji at a local street shop, and I must say it was an absolute delight. This humble little shop, tucked away on the corner of street, exceeded my expectations in several ways.
First and foremost, the taste of the pav bhaji was outstanding. The bhaji was rich and flavorful, with just the right balance of spices. The mixture of vegetables was perfectly mashed, creating a thick, hearty consistency that coated the pav (bread rolls) wonderfully. It had that authentic Mumbai street food flavor that I crave.
What also stood out was the stall's dedication to freshness. I could see the vendor carefully preparing each batch of pav bhaji from scratch, using a variety of fresh vegetables and aromatic spices. It was evident that they took pride in their craft.
The pav served alongside the bhaji was soft and slightly toasted, which provided a great textural contrast to the creamy bhaji. It soaked up the flavors beautifully, making each bite a harmonious blend of textures and tastes.
The stall's hygiene and cleanliness were commendable. The vendor and his team maintained a spotless workspace, and they handled the food with care, which is crucial for street food.
Now, let's talk about the price – it was incredibly reasonable. I couldn't believe how affordable this delicious meal was, considering the quality and taste.
The only minor downside was the waiting time. It's a popular stall, so there was a bit of a line when I arrived. However, I'd say the wait was well worth it once I had that first bite of the pav bhaji.
In conclusion, if you're a fan of pav bhaji or looking to try some authentic Mumbai street food, I highly recommend visiting this shop KUMAR PAV BHAJI. The fantastic taste, freshness, cleanliness, and affordability make it a must-visit for any food enthusiast. I'll certainly be returning for more of that delectable pav bhaji in the future.
Try out the lip smacking Bombay style pav bhaji here. Its a small outlet with sitting area on attic too. Have been coming to this place since 10+years Nothing has changed except it is getting bigger area wise. Must Try Pav Bhaji and masala Pav. The only problem is the parking and the traffic to reach this place.
Starting with the standing and sitting area, i didn't liked it honestly kyunki bht jyada garmi h but the vada pav and the biriyani are the best. I dont think so ise best kahi vada paav and biriyani milega perfect spices perfect taste. Pack krao ghr le jao ac mai khao maza ajayega.
I visited this place to enjoy pav bhaji but actually I went at wrong time at afternoon so I end up enjoying yummy Vada pav at this place, Vada pav was also so tasty, P. S - Pav bhaji timings are after 5pm.
Kumar Pav Bhaji is the best and old place to eat Pao Bhaji, Bombay Pulao, Vada Pav and Dabeli at Krishna Nagar, Eat Delhi at a reasonable price. You can come with your family and friends to enjoy the best taste in a hygienic ambience.
Taste went down too much. It was the best paw bhaji I had. And I'm taking about in 2016 to 2019. But now taste is bad. Not like before. Sorry to say. But, I can't eat here again.
Tried almost every dish from this store, but favourite is vada pav. It's just awesome. Whenever feel like hungry or want to have something spicy, tasty my mind and heart calls for Vadapav.
The pav baji and biryani is very tasty and pure veg. Only 2 items but very hygynic and tasty. Reasonable rate and very coprative staff. No extra charges vo baji.
If u really know about taste of paav bhaji u will only waste money here.they have no sense of masalas.they have a dish jain paav bhaaji which is especially without onion but litterally u will not even get the taste of bhaji in that meal.
We did a takeaway on 24th August. 2 of my family members got Typhoid. The guys in the kitchen were wearing gloves but the guy who was taking the tokens was multi tasking with handling zomato orders and packing buns.
He packed buns for us with his bare hands. I should have stopped him right then but unfortunately I let it passed away. Please avoid eating here. I have written an official complaint against them with FSSAI and they might be shut soon unless they bribe the inspector. So let’s see.
Probably the best pav bhaji in East Delhi if not in the whole Delhi. Their bhaji has a perfect mix of veggies, spices and butter. It's not runny and sour like ones you get at wedding functions or even in some upscale restaurants. The spice is on a higher side but you can get a "despice" one if asked for it separately. There's some dining space also but I have never tried it. Take away is fast and packing usually takes about 5 minutes only. Overall, if passing through Krishna Nagar, try it once.
- They get the Pav Bhaji quite good even now - The Pavs are laden with butter and so soft that just gobbling them is itself delicious - If you like things spicy, ask for a plate of Masala Pav "Old Style". The way they make it here is unique
A very popular and nice place to eat. Their speciality is Pav Bhaji. The have two seatings on the ground floor and first floor. The most of the time it is crowded but they manage to serve you fast.
Thr actual flavour of Mumbai has come to Delhi which is fabulous and lovely in affordable price list. Everyone must try this once if you came to Krishna Nagar.
It is an amazing place if you like Pav Bhaji. It is in Krishna Nagar. You will get here one of the best Pav Bhaji in your life. However, shop is very small. Sitting area is not big taste is awesome. Whenever, I go to Krishna Nagar, I cannot resist myself to eat Pav Bhaji here.
Kumar Pao bhaji is one of the oldest shop in Krishna Nagar and serves Bombay style Pao bhaji. One of the few shop in Delhi serving Bombay style. It's a small shop but has 4-5 tables dine in.though seating is a lil congested. Has limited dishes - Pao Bhaji and veg pulao, variance in Pao style. Pricing of the dishes are decent. Not a big fan but worth a plate once in a while. Walkable distance from Krishna Nagar metro. Closes Max by 10 also delivers on swiggy.
