I used their services for one week to visit from Delhi to shimla. The driver was quiet professional and amicable. I used their services for one week to go from Delhi to Shimla, Manali and Chandigarh and I was very happy with the services. The car was a new Innova Crysta and the driver was a very affable and pleasant bhupinder singh, who was like a family member for this one week. I had booked an Innova Crysta from Delhi to Karnal for 2 days i.e 16th and 17th March for my guests who were arriving from Nagpur. My first conversation was with Mr. Kumar who told me that the company was govt registered and I didn't have to worry about the car's condition and driver as everything would be good. True to his words, the taxi was available for the guests on time and the driver, Mr. Subhash was very professional and kept on updating me on everything pro actively. My guests were happy with the driver and didn't face any issue during their journey (which of course was my concern as they were traveling to Karnal for the first time). So, in short I would definitely recommend the company and its services.
