We visited the banquet as a guest.

Worst staff ever I have ever seen in any function. The valet parking and guard abuse the host (they were demanding more money as a tip). I was really disappointed with this behaviour. We interrupted in between to resolve the issue. The valet parking staff does not have manners.

The waiter demanded TIP from guests while the guests were booking a cab outside the banquet (Demanding from me and my relatives). TIP from guests is not acceptable (Host already given the TIP to the waiters).

Please improve your staff behaviour and provide them with training on how to treat guests.

Food: The quality of food is not up to the mark. The dinner was not cooked properly. Food quality manager should be there to check the quality of food before serving to the guest.

I will not recommend this banquet to anyone.

The grand entrance is good for show and there were separate entries for different floors. Still guests were confused where to go.

The floors were neatly marked and decorated nicely.

Catering was s huge letdown. Only the starters were good.

Thd hall was not well ventilated. It became too hot. With DJ playing very loudly at one end of the hall. It was not very healthy going by the sound pollution levels.

The seating arrangements were not as per number of guests. Though the decoration and seats were very beautiful.

Sofas were good to sit but when the marriage started in the absence of mattresses on the floor we were forced to sleep on the few sofas.

The staff just didn't hv any arrangements for seating around the makeshift mandap created for shaadi.

Randomly chairs were pulled n gathered around.which was looking very bad.

Food was totally bad. Desserts were good. Coffee was served well till the morning.

It is a small banquet. The food is okay types. The worst thing the snacks they were giving in soiled utensils, means without washing utensils. Many people complained to the Manager but it was going on deaf ears. Parking not available. Please avoid. A food inspector visit is required. Mocktail very bad. Very bad

I have attended a reception party here and gud party hall and ambience is also gud and here you can get valet parking also

Food is ok-ok. Washroom are in a very bad condition. The space is sufficient for small gathering.

I won't recommend this hall to anyone. Got married yesterday at this hall. They do not know how to talk to guests, they do not take care of our food preferences, washrooms are not clean, food service is not up to the mark, hair in food. Marriages happen once in a lifetime and this venue ruined it for us. One advice to the senior authorities - kindly shut this place down as you don't know how to host marriages.

Well Furnished. But taste of food wasn't so good. So - So, Sweet items was just dip in suger water.

Manager of this banquet Mr. Bhayana is totally unprofessional in his dealings. The staff is ill equipped with training to serve the client. Bathrooms are cleaned once before the program starts and never after it. Electricity is a major concern as it goes off after every 2 hours. DJ timings and not as per the standards as other banquets are offering extended hours.
The banquet might look lavish & luxury, and the managers might also be very polite to get your booking. But it is the experience on the day that matters and it was not even close to what they promise you.
Save your money and go for a better banquet since your special days are not repeated.

When u go for booking and food tatsing you will find it excelent, but on the d day, it will spoil everything, just try it once and when the function is spoilt u will realize if the review was correct or not. Nothing much to say.

Nice place for party and get to gather. We can arrange medium size function easily. Good experience.

Its very good plaxe to attending grand function. This place are very colourful and good co ordination. I liked this place because foods are so many taste and good time to serve.

Worse experience. Food quality was highly compromised and 1-2 items were uneadable. Also frequent power cuts and Ac was not functioning throughout the ceremony and giving hard time to everyone. Glasses were not cleaned properly. Better look for othe options as it's not worth it at all. If you are hosting a function, be ready to be harrassed by the service team and manager who will not leave you till the outside premises of the banquet.
