Very nice and professional place in Vikaspuri west delhi I visit here regularly for my Haircut and Beard, Good work good hospitality. I recommend to others as i was recommended by my friend.

Worst services. The owner Bharti is really a bad person, very rude. The staff people are totally uneducated, they don’t know how to behave.

Bharti is very polite and all the staff is very talented and courteous. The parlour is very neat and clean and all the genuine original cosmetic products are used.

Always looking at ways to scam you out of your money. Do ensure you take the price of services in written first or else they will change at the end saying xyz was not included.

Very unprofessional staff. Please avoid going here:
1. Inspite of making appointment i have to wait for half n hour?
2. Instead of concentration on their own women staff is more concerned about clothes one is wearing and asking personal information pathetic.
3. They were trying to make fun of people who came in their salon without seeing themselves
4. One of the staff Jyoti is highly pathetic person.
5. Please prefer looks salon or Lakme over this.
6. Staff is very unhygienic.

Good service, hair expert sachin seemed to be very passionate about his job and surprised me with a gr, 8 hairstyle, while jyoti did an amazing job witj my nails

Completely unsatisfied with my daughter's haircut.
She got the pathetic haircut which looked Shabby. They need to hire some food haircut specialist.

The staff is really unprofessional. I took the appointment and i was given a time slot for the service when i reach there they said they don't have slots receptionist was not sure who confirmed the time slot. This happened to me twice. Highly unprofessional staff i would not recommend.

Got my Keratin and Balayage done from here. Worst! The Keratin didn't last for more than 6 weeks despite of using the recommended shampoo and conditioner. The chocolate brown hair color faded to brick orange in 2 months. Worst!

I came to get my hair styled and coloured. The service was fast, and the staff is very nice. I got nails as an add on as well! Would recommend!

Worst staff at La Olive express. Only care to mint money from clients. I went there for Facial and Hair Spa and clearly told them that I will take services in 2 sittings on which they happily agreed over the phone. However, on reaching there they started insisting on taking both services on same day and assured me that they will give the best service. Since I had a time crunch, they started rushing and did not complete the service. I had to pay and come back with incomplete services. They did not even bothered to ask me to come next day to complete the service. Staff is very unprofessional. Their owner sits in another branch and the staff at La Olive Express is clearly breaking clients. I would not recommend anyone to visit there.

Fake people. Manipulate people by saying something and doing something else. I got nail art done for the first time by taking deal from Nearbuy, first they accepted and they denied to go by that deal and charged a lot. Never going back.

The staff is extremely positive, understanding and friendly. They all create this beautiful atmosphere and ofcourse give the most amazing service ever!

Ruchika was amazing. She has got some magic in her hands. Very professional. She even decorated the waxing room and made a towel swan to make me feel special.

I would never visit them again.no doubt the owner lady is so humble and sweet but staff have no time value they don't value the time inspite of telling that I have to go n am in urgent they make me wait n no response if you have shortage of staff tell your clients atleast it will be not possible to make it in short time but don't let them wait n waste there valuable time.

7 years ago, I visited La Olive for my wedding makeup and it was an incredible experience. Over the years, whenever I am in Delhi, I surely visit the salon and I love it every time! I use the service here keratin and cleanup. Keratin is done by Mr. Aftab and clean up is done by Miss. Juhi. Both are perfect in their field. Great service provided by them.staff is very cooperative and very professional towards their work.

Got my keratin done, such a horrible experience. My hair is back to normal on the very first wash. Really disappointed. Kerafusion is what they said, but I really don't think if they used the right product on my hair. Utterly disappointed and frustrating as well. Please stop cheating the customers.
