Before deciding on buying sofas from Lakdi, I thoroughly searched their website and found it quite trustworthy. They previously used to sell their products using the platforms of online giants such as Amazon or Flipkart. But now if one goes there to buy their products, no product having a rating can be found. So, it was quite a tough decision for me to spend a great amount of hard-earned money on the products shown on their website. But they have a very efficient and convincing customer care service whose honest effort will eventually help in clearing the clouds of all confusion.
They provided me with an option to choose from a range of fabrics and also shared some real images of the sofas in production. I was quite happy that I will ultimately get the sofas of my choice from Lakdi. And their sofas arrived in time, too. Then begins my worries. Sofas were sent in very poor packing. One of the legs of the 3-seater sofa was not properly fixed, or somehow it became loose because of poor packing and transport. The middle leg of the same was not evenly balanced and it got a very minor hole in its fabric in the front part. The polish of the wooden legs of the 1-seater sofa was not perfectly dried before packing and they were without any buffer. Moreover, all the buffers of the 3-seater sofa have been received in a worn-out condition. They promised several times before I placed the order that they would arrange an installer at the time of delivery but at the exact time of delivery, they just slighted their promise saying it would become very difficult for them to arrange an installer for such a far-off location like that of mine. I realized their exact concern and stopped insisting on any installer since I have already unpacked and arranged everything myself under the video recording. It is true, they have requested me to talk to a local carpenter and see whether he can do the necessary repairs for which they will bear the cost; but when I informed them of the tear of the fabric, even after acknowledging the fact it might have happened during the transport, they simply said it is beyond their capacity to do anything to this. I also understand that it is impossible to take the sofas back to their factory for such a minor issue, but at least I expected some true concerns from their end regarding the issue. I expected them to suggest either some care for the same or send some fabric glue so that I can resist the tear right in its initial stage.
Having said all this, I must say that the sofas are the same as those displayed on their website. They are elegant, otherwise perfectly decked up and exactly what I wanted. Despite all their clumsy handling of my order, I am not unhappy with their service, and I might search their website again before buying another piece of furniture.

The only good thing which I found with Lakdi was that I was able to find a computer table of 5ft in the website which I was able to get customized to 6ft from them. The quality is great. But the after sales service has been really pathetic. The product installation missed out on 2 bolts, leaving the table installation incomplete and unstable. Though we stopped complete payment till the entire installation was done. 50% was paid after incomplete installation. For the complete installation I had to wait 7 months! Such is the quality of service! Totally unacceptable! Plus I felt they were really inattentive to the actual problems the customer is facing with the product, and always turned up with missing toolkits for installation. My experience has been quite of a hassle honestly.

Very good company for the furniture need, I visited lakdi.com office in kirti nagar they have good collection of all types of furniture but little bit expensive, honestly I am saying but I refer one of my friend for his new office for furniture need they are using lakdi furniture from last one year they are very happy with the office furniture quality and comfort. Worst ever customer service from this team, Please don't go for there products. Once they sold damaged/bad quality goods they will not respond for service. Especially person called Priyanka Nandi don't even bother to respond for customer complaints.
