I am Kartikeya Dobriyal residing in Delhi. Usually we do not connect with Travel Agent to make hotel arrangements and cab, unless and until we do not know about the location. Travel Agent help us to ease our trip. However, when lock down was about to happen I was in Goa.
I booked my Goa trip from Lakkshay Tour and Travels, located at prime location in Delhi. It was an amazing Trip to Goa before lock-down which was organized by Lakkshay Travels. I took customize package from them. My trip was for 3 nights and 4 days. Their team is very well mannered, professional towards their work, their 24*7 customer service helped me a lot, when I got stuck in a problem there. They helped me out with everything. Wherever, i required their assistance.

I, Akshara Singh, was Senior Manager in sales department, in this company. I joined this company in 2016.
I was a full time employee in Lakkshay Tour and Travels Pvt. Ltd.

1) I resigned from my position on 11th of april 2019. After discussion with Mr. Joginder Jayant (owner) and his wife I clearly said that I cannot work here anymore. They tried to convince me but i was firm with my decision.
2) The reason behind resignation was the behaviour of Mr. Joginder Jayant (owner) He used to harrass and insult every employee but on 11th of april.whatever he said about my work, and that I am working here for free and bla bla.that was the limit, i couldn't tolerate so immidiately I said I am resigning.
3) Later that day I sent an email and asked him to clear my full and final salary and 30th april will be my last working day.
4) Mr. Joginder Jayant and his wife started forcing me to stay till 30th july and I denied. They were harrassing me that in any circumtances I cannot leave before the end of this season i.e. 30th july
5) On 13th April, Mr. Joginder Jayant started misbehaving with me and on the name of handover he was trying to impose compltely bullshit stuffs of another department. I denied because that handover was related to transport department.may be because of this his MALE EGO was HURT.
6) After that he started abusing me -  very loud and clear he said " tera sar fod dunga sali har@mj@di "
And I said " i will call the police and how dare you are abusing me" the very next moment i walked through the gate and I called my father and Mr. Joginder Jayant again shouted and abused - " Oye sali h@ram ki jani aag laga dunga tujhe sali har@mj@di. Behancho# " in front of every employee
7) My father immidiately took action and he called few relatives in Delhi.meanwhile my father called Mr. Joginder Jayant and scolded him badly that how dare you abused my daughter and we are calling police
8) Mr joginder ran away from the office and pleaded my father not to involve Police and in the name of settlmnt he asked his Accountant to give me a cheque with one month extra salary and total salary till 13th april along with NOC.

I was working with such an illiterate and upprofessional man. My review will help people from involving themself with such an unprofessional company. Service is also very bad. Leaving this company was one of the best decision of my life.

Fraud & Fake promising tour n travel operator. Worst operator in North India. Please Be Aware before chasing them.

Bad Atmosphere.they r forcing thier current employees and random people to put false reviews.rather than doing these cheap things focus on your behaviour and focus on business ethics.

I have taken there services for a trip to Haridwar andiam so much satisfied with there services. On the top of that drivers so much trained and so helping in nature. I will definitely book you guys again for my further trips.

I've also personally experienced same problems from the owner of Lakkshay Travels.
Please don't get influenced with any kind of fake commitments from them. It will be completely waste of time, energy and money if you get associated with Lakkshay Travels in any form.
Please stay away from these type of companies who just exploit their employees and coworkers and if you have experienced the same kind of thing then kindly share your thoughts and let everyone know about them.

The agent was behind money and charged me a hefty amount for cab and stay in jim corbett. As most of the stay in Jim corbett are handled by agents I obliged and paid the money. The stay in Jim corbett would have costed 3 times lesser if we had booked it ourselves. But its my decision to pay them so I get a confirmed booking in Dhikala of Jim Corbett. The agent was taking so much time to share me the confirmation or the voucher of my stay in corbett. After too many follow ups got a screenshot which had my name, date and mentioned as Dhikala. After I reached corbett I came to know that they have booked a far off place which is in Gairal. We had 4 safaris and it takes place in Dhikala. So from Gairal to Dhikala take 1-1.5hrs. We wasted around 8 hrs travelling from Dhikala to Gairal for all the four safaris! We asked for Dhikala so we can use the time for the safari but the agent fooled us with phony vouchers. The driver of the cab they arranged was very professional! Other than that the corbett experience was so pathetic! Not worth the money! Even after paying so much and continuous follow ups we ended up in a different stay of corbett.

I strongly dont recommend this agent! Go by your own risk!

EXPERIENCE WITH THE LAKKSHAY TRAVELS- First off, This trip was a gift to my parents. The experience with the tour operator was very good when I was still contemplating and comparing quotes from many others. The agent, provided what was asked without creating any fuss - for the initial few days. The hotel in Sitapur (which was then changed to a hotel in rampur) was dingy, claustrophobic and looked VERY BAD. I was promised another room which never materialized - my parents forgot about it and looked forward to the next destination. The next hotel in badrinath was a complete shocker - single room and the entire hotel was under renovation. Paint, cement and what not. While on the way back to haridwar, the agent apparently called the taxi driver and told him to not drive post 8 and that my parents be informed that they have to scout for an accommodation at 8pm in an unknown area when haridwar was just 70kms away. The OWNER did a 360 and turned into someone who just wanted to be paid the remaining balance of 5000 and instructed the cab driver to collect the money from them - THEN AND THERE. Any person would obviously be petrified when DEMANDED money like that (No. We weren't going to run away without paying the 5000 balance) The cab driver was the only saving grace who realized that an elderly couple could not be just asked to stay just anywhere in a remote location and made sure they reached haridwar safe and sound. All in all, the trip was OK. The food - pathetic. The hotels - Whatever. Experience with the operator - amazing at first, abysmal towards the end of the trip. Its evident, the moment they have your money, you are useless. Next time, would give a chance to other online agencies like - make my trip or yatra. The last 2 days left me with a feeling of anger and helplessness as i wasn't with my parents. No best memories.

I have travelled many times from this company it might be around 12 times and each time they provide the best. As Mr. Joginder (owner) called me every day to get the update over the tour and that is the best way to treat his client very well perfectly to solve the issues & I have been a regular customer from past 2 year. So, over all this company is the best with trained staff. They will help you 24*7.

I am working with Lakkshay Tour & Travels Pvt. Ltd.since 2015 as a Manager. I am very happy with this company and My Director Rakhi Jayant and Mr. Joginder Jayant they both are very supportive. They have given familiar atmosphere in the office.

NEVER BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY PACKAGE FROM LAKKSHAY TRAVELS-
My family booked a tour from lakkshay travels.
Completely wastage of money.our tour was not organised.hotels were also very cheap.and the condition of vehicles was so pathetic.driver was good but complete tour was nightmare. They play with your dreams.they jus give u false commitments.

I worked in Lakkshay travels for 1 year.few months was very good.my senior Mr. Vineet sir and Akshara mam were very co-operative and I have learnt many things from them.after few months.owner of the company Mr. Joginder Jayant started imposing his wrong behaviour.he started saying that he will deduct our basic salary and one day he was abusing every staff infront of every employee.he abused in hindi.i cannot even explain how i felt.
He always used to harrass.
And immidiately I left the job.
Worst worst company ever.completely unprofessional Owner.
I will never suggest anyone to take any tour packages or any kind of services from this company.
And if you joining this company then this will be your life's mistake.specially for girls Beaware.

Poor quality of cabs.took a ride to Haridwar.and instead of this I should have taken Ola cabs.pathetic condition of car.ac not working.

I only wants to describe one thing that.
In starting i was facing some difficulties over their just coz of some unexpected behavior of seniors.
But when Mr. Joginder jayant (Company's Director) starting teaching me. Day by Day i was becoming fine. But
Nowadays m on long leave coz of my exam.

And i told my boss that. I'll be there aftr 1 month but now it's 2nd month.and still my exams r going on.
And till now m not able to join the company.but even after this. When i go to the ofc.to take my remaining slry. He (my boss) react very frankly and He gave my all amount without any fine n oll.
