I have done my botox hair treatment from Lakme salon and this is my second time I have come here only because of one guy name Arun.he is such a sincere guy and I am always happy with his service. He takes up extra initiative to satisfy his clients. I am so in love with lakme salon basant vihar only because of Arun. Guys if you go and take service from this guy I assure that you will never be disappointed.

It was indeed such a pleasure to take the service from Lakme Salon. The true professional team loved the service of Ravi, Rahul and Sartaj. The pedicure and manicure massage are out of the world took a lot of time and effort and felt pampered to the core. Sartaj was very knowledgeable about hair and how to maintain them. I got my botox done at lakme salon by Arun Kumar and I am very satisfied with his work. It was a nice experience and honestly I can feel my hair has turned so smooth and very silky. I am in love with my hair and the staff were very friendly and gentle. If anybody wants to get any thing done relating to the hair I will say please get it done from Arun Kumar. He is such a genuine guy and very experienced.

Lakme has lost its charm post covid. My wife had her facial done but found the service extremely mediocre.

My mum got her hair colored while i got gel extensions and threading done.lovely service provided by the incredible staff. Mr. Jeetu was the assigned nail technician and was wonderful at his job.this place doesn't dissapoint at all and has a very warm environment:)

Horrible and rushed. Services included hair and draping. For hair they convinced me to just do quick blow dry which didn’t stay for more than an hour. Lipstick was worse than what I do at home. It came off before I reached the wedding even though they said it’s long lasting. Colors also were not going with outfit. Draped dupatta for my lehenga but didn’t pin it right and it also came off soon after I left that place. Also I got comments that wasn’t the right way to drape it. It was dragging in the front and hiding the lehenga more than it should have. My daughters also was done poorly. They were rushed since last appt. All in all a bad experience.

I visited lakme salon for my hair smoothening. The staff is really very operative and result of my hair is also osam. I am very happy with the work.

Mr Radhey shyam is very experienced and calm. I was really happy with the service they made are more friendly and kind I am satisfied with the service. Thanks a lot Radhe Shyam.

I am posting this review quite late. I got botox treatment and balyage done by Shoaib. I am extremely happy with the services.shoaib thank you so much.my hair colour and texture is so good now. I keep travelling.and I have been to so many lakme salons all over India.but lakme vasant vihar is the best.the whole team (staff) is very warm. I just love the way this team welcomes and greets every customer. You all are doing great work.

I extremely enjoyed the overall time while receiving service because of the nice nature of all the staff members and especially shoaib was excellent with his cutting skills. Moreover, the friendly and polite nature of renu mam made me mesmerized. I would love to visit this salon again and will also recommend to my friends

Most Staff here is rude and uninformed, they won’t listen to what you need and try to push the most expensive products and services even if you’re asking for something different. The moment a richer looking person walks in they’ll start ignoring you and chasing them. They made me feel very uncomfortable and kept getting confused over simple queries. Had to talk to 3 people before finally getting an intelligible reply.

I got my haircut done from kapil and ravi ji, the entire procedure was very smooth and pretty good and I got clean up done by preeti who quite did her job brilliantly

It was a great experience having service from Mr. Ravinder Singh ji, his way of working was so professional and polite. Highly recommending him for Pedicure and manicure. Big Thanks to him for beautiful service.

She is best in work and very nicely she done work and I really appreciate and suggest Lakme Saloon to my friends abd and relatives. Nice to Visist you. Thanks Saloon Manager Inder ji is also very cooperative abd professional. Next time serve Cold Coffee instead of Cold Tea.

I had an impressive experience. Got the haircut after so long. My stylist was Shoaib, he did the fantastic job. My hair is quite frizzy and dry and I was a bit scared of result as to how the haircut would look like. My fear got disappeared with the excellent haircut that Shoaib gave, throughout the process he was helping me with the best possible style I can have and he was very professional. The salon will even offer coffee tea and make you comfortable. Totally gonna recommend Shoaib for hairstyle.

The staff is very helpful. I got my hair coloured by Mr. Daniel. He did a superb job as always. I have got my hair coloured from different salons but nobody is able to match Daniel ji’s expertise. Also Ranjit ji is very good with pedicures. He does his job diligently.

It is a very good place! I had a hair cut appointment here a few months back, and was taken care of by their senior hair stylist Vinod. He was very patient in listening to all my concerns and discussed in length about my requirements and necessary solutions, before doing anything to my hair. I have become a repeat customer since.
Weekends here are, however, very crowded, so please remember to take an appointment beforehand to avoid waiting for hours for the stylist of your preference. They follow proper COVID protocols, they all wear masks and sanitize surfaces in between customers. All in all, take an appointment and drop in, they will take good care of you!

Perfect place for personal services…a shout out for Samira, Preeti, Daniel, Ravi, Radhe, and the rest of the staff. Visiting the place for the past 8 years and have never left without a smile!

Just got a haircut done today from Lakme. Ajay was my stylist and he did a great job. I'm very happy and would recommend this salon.

I went to this outlet for the very first time and it was worth it. Daniel was my hair stylist and he did an amazing job.he also recommended SOS treatment for my hair and it turned out great love the texture of my hair. Daniel is a very professional and very generous guy. I would love to have service from him again.

They do regular sanitization, clean n good parlour with good staff. All staffs wear masks n gloves.
