I had a good experience at Lakme Salon Janakpuri. All staff are very good and cordial. Good pedicure and gel nail paint by Deepak.

Amazinggg service.facials impart a glass skin hydration and glow.especially neelam ji provides an amazing customer service

I have been taking hair spa services regularly from here. It has been a very good experience so far. Mr. Rohit has guided me for hair care very nicely. The staff overall is very nice and sweet.

Had nail service, its an average saloon as the brand name it carries. The cost are much according to the ambiance & the services.
For nails not recommend.

Extremely disappointed. I have done my hair colour on 25th January. I choose different colour and they did different colour. Still I went home nd after 3 4 days the colour looked very bad, like bleached hair. Then I went there to change it, and again I choose different colour and it turned out to be different. Can't say different it's literally not looking good at all. And they gave me some shampoo and conditioner as well for 2k and that is also not suited on my hair.
I have my wedding on this month only and I have told them please don't ruined my hair but still they did this. Extremely disappointed. I wish I could give them -5 star. Don't go this type of Lakme salon. They only have the brand name but their work is extremely poor.

Amazing first experience at Lakme Janakapuri. Got my haircut and blowdry done by Rahul and fell in love with my hair again after a very long time! I have thinning of hair and he made it look voluminous. Definitely coming back for haircuts by him again! Also got waxing done by Kiran and it was painless and she suggested what else i could do for my hair growths etc. And was a pleasant experience overall. Thank you Rahul, Kiran and ad Lakme

Had amazing experience at Janakpuri Lakme. Great staff. Rahul did my hair, which included balayage and haircut.
So much patience and hardwork. Great recommendations. Never had bangs done, was so nervous. Showed Rahul some pictures and he gave me the best haircut. Was happy when I left the salon.

OKay so I have to say a few names:
Kiran as the manager does an excellent job at finding the right offer and service for your needs and matching it to the correct professional expert. She devised a custom treatment for my skin that was not even on the menu.
Sonu did a fantastic job on my nails and my pedicure and he does everything with attention to detail.
Rohit is the hair genius who gave me the right advise for my hair type. He even said "no" to a few expensive treatments just because they would not suit my hair and that's why this salon is where I keep coming back again and again - They believe in long term customer happiness and relationship, not short term profit.

The only thing I would change is - please start offering RO water to customers, currently they only offer bottled water which leads to a lot of plastic waste.all in all, a great team:)

Kiran did my party and reception makeup. She did it beautifully and with a lot of patience. Thankyou Kiran. I would recommend her for everyone.

So I wanted to get this same colour as Bani J here, I literally visited to 5 different salons (all luxury and branded ones, don’t wanna list them here) for consultation before coming to Janakpuri Lakme salon.
And the consultation I got from Sartaj Sir (ask for him, he is the best when it comes to hair colouring here) was completely different from what I was offered at other salons! At every salon I was shown what was available there and not what I wanted!

Given this is a very unique colour and REALLY HARD TO DO! I was super conscious before doing it! But SARTAJ SIR DID MY HAIR EXACTLY THE WAY I ASKED! It’s all about the technique here!

I couldn’t be more sure of visiting this salon again and again now! SO PERFECT!

Loved how professional they were from consultation to the final results.
Shahid took me through the entire process starting from solving all my queries and understanding what I actually wanted and ensured to deliver better.
The salon was well maintained, hygienic and kept me worry free in the time of covid.
