Literal scammers, took 3k to do nothing and promised me that the laptop wont get damaged any further, now the keyboard and display is worse and they are asking for more money to replace them. What was the 3000 for then? Scammed students without any remorse

I went to get display of laptop screen replaced. After 2 days, they are saying touch is not working and giving me back in worse condition than earlier. They have basically spoiled my touch screen and not done anything.
They called me back to store also, despite promising home delivery and giving me back my laptop with no resolution of issue. If there was negative stars I would rate the service negative.
In summary, I went there twice and was given back my laptop in worse condition as earlier.
My advice - please do not go here.

I had an issue with my brand new MacBook Air logic board. At first I was mad and furious considering I had just bought this new MacBook and it’s already done for. After taking it with one specialist who told me there was nothing to do, I decided to look for a store who can help me. That’s how I came across this store. Even though I live in Noida, I didn’t had to visti their repair center in Delhi and Gurgaon. They offer free doorstep service and do not charge any diagnosis charges so there was not chance of missing such opportunity. Not only the engineer assigned to me was a nice person who gives off excellent customer service, but also fixed my MacBook like it was nothing! So my fan went out on my 2012 MacBook Pro. I bought the part online and attempted my own repair. In the process, I disconnected the fan connector from the motherboard… Not good! I contacted Lappy Maker and they said they could fix it. I was expecting a high price and a runaround. But NOPE! An engineer was appointed to me and he came in about 1 and a half hours. Santosh grabbed my laptop, popped it open, found the problem, fixed it, closed it back up and I was done in 5 MINUTES! They charged me an EXTREMELY fair price. Lappy Maker is the best! They are always fair and can fix any problem. They are also the most reasonably priced tech company out there with years of experience and will be honest with you. A while back they tried to fix an old iPad that my brother had destroyed, wasn’t able to fix it, and didn’t charge me for trying since it couldn’t be fixed. If they can’t fix your device, they won’t charge you any fees. That type of honesty and fairness is hard to find nowadays!

I recently had water damage to my MacBook Pro. So, I looked up Apple-certified repair shops and took my laptop to get fixed. After a couple of days, they got back to me with a very high budget estimate and even charged me just for diagnostics. I declined and found Lappy Maker. Rahul repaired my computer in under 24 hours. He was upfront and honest and said it would be much cheaper to repair the Logic Board instead of replacing it. The "Apple Certified" dealers didn't even mention that possibility. Not only did I get my laptop back in less time than it took the other guys to run diagnostics, but at a quarter of the price. And they didn't even charge a separate diagnostics fee. I have an early 2013 MacBook Pro with the dreaded "no video" issue. I called a local repair shop and they refused to fix this issue as they told me that the logic board needs to be changed completely. I searched online and found Lappy Maker. I told them the problem and they sent a technician to my house. The engineer said that the repair would require a heavy machine which is available at their repair center. So he collected the laptop after I signed on all of the internal parts and gave me a receiving. They did a great job fixing the issue along with communicating with me throughout the process. Don't trust this company. They will give you a fake diagnosis and then charge you an exorbitant sum to fix what you didn't have to begin with. They are especially cruel to older, uninformed clients. They then try to force clients into buying annual plans. Each phone rep is paid by how much they can charge you.

My 2014 Macbook air 13" was having frequent black screen. I called these guys up and the engineer was at my place immediately. Took 3 days to figure out the problem of a power circuit which needed to get redone. I was sceptical initially as the costing was coming too much which was very close to the value of laptop. However Mr. Santosh who was the engineer repairing the laptop had a great attitude of never giving up. My Laptop is working fine again and hopefully it would remain like this for some time. I'm happy with the entire experience and pricing. Would recommend to consult them for all mac laptop related problems.
