Not accepting online booking. After booking they can cancel any time so don't belive Laxmi holidays. Driver behaviour is very poor don't know about how to behave with lady.

Never travel by Lakshmi holidays. They make you wait for 30 mins and dropped us 3 hours late.we should have reached varanasi at 10.30 am but reached at 1 pm. But when we asked to wait for 15 mins they denied. Very unprofessional n worst service. Never travel by lakhsmi holidays. Never

Worst journey experience the driver and conductor both

Doesn't have any knowledge how to talk they behave like travellers/customers are slaves

Also they said rudely to female passengers to control there pee they will not stop the vehicle anywhere
Literally anywhere.

Timing is okay but traveling is worst. There is not partitions between the drivers cabin.continous horn blowing make it headache journey. Driver was so unprofessional and rude. Not recommend

I have used Royal hill volvo travels for one side journey, that was better, atleast you can find peaceful journey

Ekdum kharab service. Ek to khud late aye to koi problem nai hai.but ek baby ko chorke jaa sakte hai. My wife and my child had to suffer because of them.never booking bus from Laxmi holidays

Recently booked my trip from laxmi holidays and had a very unpleasant experience of my life. They just want to take your money and don't care once they have it, they have kept their name keeping this in mind. Their so called CUSTOMER CARE is just for making a fool of you. Lost around ₹3300 and will not recommend anyone to book from them. They are professional cheater. Don't know if I will ever get my money back.

In my life worst experience while traveling in bus with laxmi travels, even the driver doesn't know the proper route, because of his rash driving passengers didn't sleep.everyone was scared of his driving, when bus almost reached delhi driver was asking route to auto drivers and delayed more than 2 hours. I sheared my personal experience, I will not choose ever this laxmi travels again in my life time.
Travel date 18 Sept 2021 from manali to delhi.

It was worst travel experience for me. Bus came delayed which can be understood but after that no service from luxmi holiday. Ac was not working, cabins was too dirty and full of noice. Entire fellow traveler were unable to sleep through out night. The body of the bus was making huge noice which created restlessness. They came with water bottle after 2 hours. They said they will drop you near shubhash nagar but left before 10 km then there was another cab for 8 km. It was
over all poor quality service from such cheep travel service.waste of money and time. I don't recommend anyone. They are throughing us like garbage.

All are good but charging point main thing which all young people ask for is not operational. Staff is good not excellent.

Only negative part they cannot stop if ladies want to go urine. Driver (sardar ji) talk rudely. If someone want to stop the bus.

Around 5 to 6 ladies passenger want to stop.
But sardar ji not want to stop the bus. I think they cannot understand what is pressure if someone want to go urine.

If we see from sardar ji point. He also correct that if we stop bus more place. Bus will late. But they also understand if ladies want to go urine. They want to stop for 10min one time in morning after 6.00am.

Bus and Services good.
They give mini water bottle to each person.

One of the worst service provider. I booked tickets with them on 13th August 2021 and their bus broke down before departure and they promised to refund me my entire money within 3-4 business days. Now 2 weeks fast forward they still haven't refunded my money & everytime I call they say it will be refunded by evening and their staff has no clue whatsoever about the process, if I ask them questions they just simply cut the call & stop picking up the calls. Don't pick this service, they're very irresponsible.

भाई मैं आपको बता दूं कि लक्ष्मी होलीडेज की बसें लेडीस एंड फैमिली के लिए बिल्कुल भी सेफ नहीं है और बस के ड्राइवर और कंडक्टर ड्रिंक करके बस चलाते हैं और लड़कियों के लिए गंदे गंदे कमेंट करते हैं मेरे साथ भी कुछ ऐसा ही हुआ जब मैं बस के पास पहुंचा तो ड्राइवर एंड कनेक्टर ड्रिंक कर रहे थे मैंने खुद देखा देखने के बाद मैंने ऑफिस में फोन किया तो किसी ने मेरा फोन नहीं उठाया जब बस निकल गई तो उसके बाद फोन उठाया तो ऊपर से मेरे को बोलने लगे कि हमारे स्टाफ ऐसे नहीं करते हैं ऐसा हो ही नहीं सकता है जब मैंने उनको पैसे रिटर्न के लिए बोला तो उन्होंने रिटर्न नहीं किया तो भाई मेरी आपसे रिक्वेस्ट है कि कभी भी सफर करे तो लक्ष्मी होलीडेज से की बसों से कभी सफर ना करें

On route to Bir from Delhi. They left main highway and went inside the interior of near by Delhi area. And when we ask why are you taking bus from this route. They said road is blocked but we haven't seen any bus coming from this route. They waste 2-3 hrs. Going deep returning back. What I think they have to pick something from interior and than they forget the route. Such a waste of time of passengers by company for their personal benefits.

Totally money waste.very bad quality of service provided by company. No clearance about boarding point. I have travelled with lots of tourism company and I found every company very good services except laxmi holidays. Customer support is very bad.

Such a pathetic experience it was. They are the real CHEATERS.provided us tempo traveller instead of Luxury bus (from Kasol to Chandigarh) for which we paid. There was NO AC, UNCOMFORTABLE SEATS, NO LEG SPACE NOTHING, JAMMED WINDOWS, DRIVER WAS DRIVING CRAZILY.
This is not much…after complaining this incident you guys are behaving abnormally seriously and they even blocked my number manhh you are gonna ruin your market value. Nobody from my known will gonna travel by your buses I promise you.

Bro Roadways main bhi is se better travel hota hai atleast we can open the windows.

I am sitting in the bus right now and I don’t know why they are stopping for local passengers (short distance) and making them sit in this time of covid.

Pathetic bus operator and service. Firstly told us to sit in wrong bus number and after that started screaming on us only.

Very bad behaviour of bus staff. In this pandemic situation they overloaded bus and they not provided sleeper seat to passengers even passengers highly paid for the seat. And they told to passengers that get out from this bus in mid night even they badly behave with females. Delayed starting and delayed arrival GKP to Delhi. So, if you are planning for travel by bus Please don’t prefer “LAXMI HOLIDAYS”
Worst experience.

On 18th april 2021. I booked a ticket form delhi to Varanasi, after 1hr i received a called from laxmi holidays executive that bus has been cancelled, you can travel on next day, or we cam refund your money. I ask them to refund my amount. She told me that money will be refunded in 5-7 business days. Its been 15days now. No refund is there. Executive us making fool of mine. Such bad service. She said that we refund your money talk to Paytm customer care now. This is how they are going to serve passenger. How mean. Now the executive is noy picking up the phone. They took. Mai 2k rupees. This is what they are doing in pendamic. Curse you all.

I booked ticket for Manali and I was excited however this travel company ruined my trip. There was a issue with my title when I booked the bus through Goibibo. I was informed that I can not board the bus because it's showing female instead of male. I had a conversation 3hrs before the boarding time with Laxmi Holidays wherein they had ample of time to make changes. However obviously they did not want to that and wanted to allote my seat to a another passenger for additional money. Kindly don't go as per the reviews on the travel companies app. They are fake.

You need to work on your services I was travelling from Palampur to Delhi.there were people are drinking in your buses. Moreover I have informed the Conductor to tell the passenger to quite or low his voice, but he just said something and sit back to his seat.

Please Make sure there are other family’s also travelling in your buses atleast think about there securities. Bus No 5000 Palampur to Delhi 22 March. Very Disappointed this Time

Worst ever bus service. Firstly the bus was late + the conductors and drivers are very rude. They'll stop the bus anywhere but not at a place where one can get fresh or eat. Please don't book with them.

Okay I see a lot of negative reviews for this travels. Those are from the family people. If you are a family you might like the driving, rest stops, etc. But for travelers its a really good option. The buses are decent, on time mostly (depends on the weather), bed spreads are clean. You can definitely go for it

I traveled on 18th Jan 2021 from luxmi holidays bus.
It was supposed to be a Volvo bus but not at all. There was Windows which we can open. Full night wind was blowing like I'm sitting outside.
There was no blankets, no curtains and most importantly bus was supposed to drop us kasmiri gate but they dropped us in Majnu ka Tilla.
As I was sitting front I heard driver and his helper planned where to drop all the passangers. When asked they made up story that police will not allow them.
Check before booking.

Nice bus srvice.cooperative staff.hand sanitizers, masks, blankets and water bottles are provided during the journey. Nice experience.

Best in class.my journey date 17feb 2021. Delhi to kasol. Bus move on time 5.30pm from Delhi.conductor and driver behaviour is very politely.neat and clean bus.all 5 star given to laxmi holiday.

I booked Laxmi Holidays for returning back from katra to Delhi and it was a pathetic experience. Conductor was not co operative and also the guide was not behaving well female. There were no curtains in the whole bus and multiple times closed the ac so air was passing in bus. Poor service and manually booking seat number also change.

Poor maintenance of their buses especially in terms of cleaniness. The bus literally stings from inside. They make us reach destination on time though.

The Bus was very clean and journey was very smooth. The Bus reached the destination on time and would definitely recommend the bus services for outstation travel.

Bus can be changed at boarding time without any information.

Very bad service and disgraceful attitude towards customers. They wont wait for you even for 5 minutes if you happen to be stuck in traffic. And when they are late they would tell you sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I booked through red bus but bus was not available to given location. I call on given number one picked the call out of three number who tell me that your bus is stand at other location when reached at other location really he made me fool he wants that my bus left.i asked many persons tha where is Luxmi holidays bus stand. After 30 minute i got my bus at other location. During this period no one picked the call.
I request please do not book Luxmi holidays bus.

Worst customer relation.the man on reception at HP PETROL pump office was rudely behaving with customers who were waiting in the hall regarding their luggage

Very bad staff behavior, they doesn't have manners and responsibility towards passengers.

Please do not book through them. They are never on time and for the reserved seats for ladies, you will mostly find male passengers to be sitting there. Explore other options

This is a fraud bus service. I spoke to their representative over the phone and she advised me to book ticket online. Once I paid online for ticket their site crashed and money got debited from my Paytm wallet. When I enquired they rudely denied to discus about it and said your money may be refunded soon. When I asked what about my travel plans. They said what about it your money got debited and we can't give seat confirmation. Wait to see if your money is refunded or not. Worst travel company encountered ever. God knows what should have happened if I had travelled with their bus. My money still not refunded. I E-mailed them but no reply. Beware of the fraud.

Such a pathetic service.
They don't even give chance to eat food properly.
They are always in hurry.
They stopped at Dhaba where food quality was so poor that we were not willing to have food from there.
The driver and helper behaviour is very bad.

The bus is a lot more comfortable than your average roadways buses. But it's a far cry from what a premium or luxury bus should be. I took the sleeper seats and being 6 feet in height I found the space to be less.
The drivers main focus is to be on time and they drive a little rashly which causes headache or travel sickness. Also in winter months there is a need for more toilet breaks but the drivers won't stop for 3-4 hours.
Lastly my luggage was covered completely in dust by the end of trip.

Overall I will probably take this one again in future since there isn't anything better out there.

Worst Bus services ever.the driver and conductor are illiterate.they aren't able to provide the directions. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use these transport services ever.the driver used filthy language when asked to guide towards the location.totally bad experience.ruined my trip

Pathetic service. Just having a new bus doesn't make up for the terrible and gruesome service you guys offer. The conductor wouldn't serve water until after 2hrs have passed. They claim having free wifi on the bus as a feature but in reality, there's no such offering. And the worst of all, for some petty commission, they stop at these cheap and dingy restaurants which have terrible food and are super over priced. Please stop these cheap activities to make a small buck!

It was very bad experience with laxmi holidays bus.i booked seat in bus and they did not provide blanket n heater.some people were drinking in that bus.bus driver and conducter was roude. They stoped the bus on a Dhaba which was costly.bad quality food and cost for 2 person was 1000 rupees.

Dec 2019.
Took overnight bus from Delhi to Shimla. The bus arrived 2 hours late from its scheduled time on pickup point. Breakdown happened within 1 hour of journey, mid highway we were asked to change bus. The other bus we boarded ran out of fuel and again we waited for 45 minutes till staff arranged fuel. First bus was neat and clean, while the second bus we were made to board had no curtains, damaged charging point and smelly blankets.
Not recommended, not worth money you are paying.
