Very uncomfortable bus and all staff are thief once u booked tgey make issues to eat ur money I request to all of don’t travel in this bus they are like robber

I had a very bad experience with Laxmi travels. The driver and the conductor charged me Rs 300 for my luggage, to confirm when I called the customer care, the guy told me to pay them and disconnected the call. I also called the no. Provided in the website. The staff lack basic etiquette. Note: This has happend twice.
The customer/Passengers deserve better.

Old Parents waited 1.5 hrs, bus with same bus number on ticked refused the confirmed ticket saying he does not have names in his chart
Horrible experience
Bus condition is nice so this service is last option if someone doesn’t get any other bus so he can take chance with this bus
Otherwise no body will prefer after this type of harassment.
And Dropped 2 km away from the drop location also

Entire laxmi holiday is thief. If horget ur things in bus and after 1 or 2 days u call them then will not even tell u about that everyone is lior. Not behaving properly. Every person will tell diffrent diffrent story for that thing. Totally bad experience

I recently traveled with Laxmi Travels from Kasol to Delhi and unfortunately, the journey left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I would like to share my experience with fellow travelers to raise awareness about the issues faced while dealing with the pickup point in Kasol.

Firstly, the pickup point at Kasol for Laxmi Travels had no proper structure or organization. The location was chaotic and it was difficult to identify the right vehicle or representative. The lack of a well-defined waiting area added to the confusion, making it challenging for travelers to find their bearings.

Secondly, the vehicle provided for the first leg of the journey from Kasol to Bhuntar was in terrible condition. A poorly maintained Bolero or mini-bus was used, which made the ride extremely uncomfortable. Given that Kasol is a popular destination, one would expect Laxmi Travels to provide better-quality vehicles to ensure a pleasant experience for their customers.

Furthermore, the behavior of the staff at the pickup point was appalling. They were rude, careless, and displayed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Instead of assisting passengers and addressing their concerns, the staff seemed more interested in making the situation worse, causing unnecessary frustration for everyone involved.

The lack of professionalism exhibited by Laxmi Travels' representatives in Kasol is a cause for concern. When choosing a travel agency, one expects to receive a certain level of service and customer care. However, my experience with Laxmi Travels fell far short of those expectations.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Laxmi Travels for anyone planning to travel from Kasol to Delhi. The chaotic pickup point, terrible vehicle conditions, and rude staff made the entire experience a major disappointment. It is crucial for Laxmi Travels to address these issues and improve their service quality, as there are many other travel agencies offering better experiences and customer care

I booked from Delhi to Haridwar on 27th April. My flight was late. Bus did not wait for 10 mins. They sold my confirm ticket to someone else. Cheap Travels

PATHETIC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. DONT BOOK IT WITHOUT SEEING REVIEWS.

I booked 6 seats for my family including kids 3 & 6 years) from Delhi to Dharamshala. Bus broke down at 03.30am and until 9.00am (for next 5.30 hrs) there was no alternate bus or mechanical work was don't LAXMI TRAVELS.
ALL PASSENGERS were left on HIGHWAY with their families.

LAXMI TRAVELS over CALLS gave me 2 options:
1) WAIT for more hours and then will reach Dharamshala 8-10 HRS LATE THAN SCHEDULED TIME.
OR
2) Take YOUR PERSONAL TRANSPORT AND I will get the REFUND.

I chose OPTION 2,
BUT SINCE THEN, FOR REFUND, I have made nearly 20 calls in last 2 days but Getting NO RESPONSE from LAXMI TRAVELS.

MY TRIP WAS SPOILED AND HAD TO BEAR DOUBLE EXPENSE DUE TO UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR OF LAXMI TRAVELS.

Bus driver drives too fast and was not listening to the passengers instead he and the conductor started arguing saying “ tum shyd pheli bar aisi bus m bethe ho” bus no. HR 38 z9019 Manali to Delhi @3: 30pm date 7.5.23

Booked ticket for Delhi to Manali with their scania volvo. Driving was extreme rash and around 20 people had vomiting due to this. @Laxmiholidays, Please check GPS logs to see the driving pattern. For the return trip I avoided Laxmi bus and driving skill was awesome and smooth.

Please change drivers to have a peaceful and smooth journey for passengers.

Five and a half hours late to pick us up. Laughed at us when we asked for updates on the bus’s location. Someone put fish in the luggage area and it spilled all over our stuff, all of our luggage stinks. Not sure why someone was allowed to bring that along. I will not be using this company ever again.

Would have given negative. HR 38AB 1000. I am going to Haridwar from Delhi booked ticket for seater, i asked for sleeper seat because many seats are going vacant. But Conductor asked for 400rs and there is 150 rs difference between seater and sleeper seats rates. I offered them 200rs but they refuse, behave very pathetic & rude. PNR -1949571

Worst choice of stop for dinner. In secluded area with expensive prices and no highway dhaba feel. All their buses are stopping there. Setting hogi inki. Won’t choose this bus again

Booked a return trip from Delhi to kasol. Bus seats are not good as promised for the price they charged. Our both the buses seating were disastrous, the ac in the bus is too loud and ran like a grinder the entire night. They promise to give you water bottle (make sure the caps are sealed), but the taste of the same bottled water was better in a shop compared to the bus.

Recently travelled from Manali to Delhi in Laxmi Holidays. It was a pathetic experience, they changed the bus without informing us, and we were asked to wait at bus stand for 3 hours. Later many passengers bags where thrown out since they want to keep their cargos/ parcels. After the passengers compliant, they kept all the luggage in middle of the bus walkway

Worst service. No leg room. Roadways busses are much better then these cheap busses. Want to give rating in minus. Don't waste your money on these cheap busses.

Behavior of bus operator and driver was worst. They dont know how to talk with passangers. In this bus UP81CT1697 there was no toilet. For Toilet bus driver and operator they stop the bus according their needs they not stop when passenger said for toilet. Behavior of bus operator and driver and toilet this are major problem in this bus. Please avoide this bus for your safe journey

Worst service ac is not working whole journey and water is dropping throughout the journey one of the worst experience

Horrible Experience!
The seat that i booked after paying 1700 online (luxura sleeper class) was being offered @500 to unconfirmed passengers.

They stopped at several places to pickup roadside passengers!

The quilt was dirty, pillow was torn and the driver was rash. The drive was extremely bumpy.

Very bad experience from delhi to chandigarh on 7th august 2022 at 22.30 hrs bus. The driver tossed us upside down. Stinky bus, foul smell, rash driving, no care for occupants confort level. Never travel again. Avoid it.

I booked the bus from Delhi to Shimla. My flight was late and I had only 20 mins to reach the boarding point. My wife and I called the bus operator multiple times to wait just for 5 mins. First thing he talked to us rudely and said '5 minute se 1 minutes upar nahi rukunga' still I managed to reach there on time and I found that bus already left. I was trying to call but they didn't recieve. It was 11pm and we had no place to go. Atleast you should inform that you are leaving if you can't wait for 5 mins.

Worst experience ever while travelling from Manali to delhi.
Didn't provide bedsheet, water bottles and turned off AC too. How can an Volvo AC bus can be with AC off that too for 15 hours long journey. Irony is, water was not provided even though they have them. Damn slow driving and worst service ever faced. Highly recommend not to choose this service.

I booked 2 seats (scania no: UP 75B T0579) from red bus on 09.06.2022.from Manali to Delhi. Service provider laxmi holidays. Pros: the journey started on time. They provided water and blanket. Arrived Delhi Isbt on time. Gave adequate stops for dinner and refreshment. Driver behaviour was good. Cons: passenger sitting on 3A seat chewing ghutka all the time and also spitting inside the bus. Cabin crew didn't notice at all. Over all experience good.

Very bad services and there is no toilet and not giving cold water after 2 hr when the bus departed from azamgarh.
And amount charges is high.

Worst experience ever. The conductor was rude and unprofessional. They kept pestering us about the vomiting thing. Best of luck for your peace of mind if you are traveling with them.

Very rude staff they threatened us to clean vomiting or pay 500rs even though my frnd puked in the polythene but no one can control there health floor of the bus got little dirty we asked for bill but instead we were theretened

Very bad service. The behaviour of conductor is very bad. I recommend not to book this bus. Really miserable staff. Greedy people. Doesn't care abt customers. Never ever I will suggest for this. They really lack humanity!

Worst experience till date.the staff was rude n irritated us.my frnd was sick he vomit in bag but some spill around.then he started talking in high pitch.keep on asking for 500rs.even when we agree to say yes to that.he keep irritating us.n asking for money.

I was travelling from Manali to Delhi yesterday and The driver was very arrogant and egoistic person.
The service of the bus was very poor.
Charger not Working.
Ac is not starting, after telling 10 times they stated the ac, it was not cool.
Ver unprofessional service.

Worst experience ever! The attender was extremely rude and pathetic. According to him, you cannot vomit suddenly, you have half an hour time when you get all the signals that you are about to vomit and before that you have to put your mouth in a polythene bag which guarantees that the vomit cannot spill out as its provided by them. You can’t be sick in that bus. And if you do that, the attender will come and yell at you and ask you to pay fine (500 INR) for that. Guys if you are travelling with them, please be safe and best of luck.
