Lenovo Exclusive Service Center

Had submitted my laptop for repair and they opened my pvt official documents like adhar card and other. And on complaining even the head was unaware. I even shared proof for the same with him. Wasn't expecting this from official service centre.

Very good experience. There was a problem with my laptop display and it got resolved within one day.

Satisfactory service, my laptop display was not worked then they changed his full screen and I paid full screen and service charges.there are no change display

Service was fast and satisfactory as compared to 3rd party service center, got device repaired within a week.

Very Poor service l, this service center is worst, I taken my 1.5 Year laptop for repair, 1st day they say that it need to replace the display and all other things are good and then 2nd day they said now it's fan is not working they will order it and it will come in 15 days and after 15 days I go to them for the laptop then the laptop was dead its not work and they taken all the charges and parts fees but they damaged my laptop and make it more worst then earlier. And when I asked about it they refuge to refund and say now they have to replace the motherboard of the laptop. Also the behavior of the executives are very unfriendly.
Before this I always used to buy lenovo products but after this is will say the service of lenovo is worst and disappointing and I future I will never buy any lenovo product.

When I visited without any waiting I was attended by Staff.and within A day my machine repair and call me to picked up your machine. Thanks for all staff of these Service centre.

Firstly the word exclusive is fake.when a store doesn't keep.tablets or batteries nd calls itself.exclusife I think it means excluding! Mental peoe in India I must say.naa hi di aati hai aur English ka shock jaata nahin

Mixed service one guy there is very helpful and other one is slow like snail and does not explain things properly. But all over Lenovo products are bad and service is okaiash

My Yoga laptop was lying at home for the past two years. These model have a recurrent issue of flickering. To my utmost surprise it was repaired without any exorbitant repair charges than the usual service charges and before my office assistant returned it was ready for collection. I give full marks for this service center for honesty and keeping their word. I should have got it repaired earlier.

Service executives were good but I needed the original charger for my laptop which they didn't had.

Lenovo service center is located in nehru place. Service center is on second floor and is in corner its very difficult to find by itself for first time visitor better to ask local persons to assist with the address. Staff was good at service center when I visited. Crowd is little bit more approx 30 minutes or more will be the waiting time. The building has lift for accessibility but to reach that building is itself a challenge for disabled person because there is no accessible way to reach kushal bazar entrance. It's good they solve my laptop problem within one day am impressed with Lenovo staff they have worked very honestly well done people's keep it up

Worst service center for repair! Don't believe the positive reviews! First thing you will notice when you enter their center is the token system, just like a doctor's clinic. Then they don't have any onsite repair service, meaning you have to give your laptop to them for some days/weeks which they will give to some other center for diagnosing problem, repair etc. I saw them discouraging customers for giving laptops for repair (particularly old ones). Also they don't seem interested in solving problems. In my case (new laptop), some screws of laptop were missing so I asked them to add screws at 3 points. They gave laptop inside a room and the person added 2 screws, so when I tried going to that person the main guy stopped me and said screw not available even without asking the guy inside. Such is the service!

Timely service. Take your token and wait for turn. No Huss fuss. It's on first floor above hdfc bank. Lenovo parts are expensive. One can try for local shops in case wants a duplicate part.

Very bad experience. Inspite of follow up didn't get timely response. Centre couldn't even submit quote & confirm the availability of laptop parts which were to be replaced.

Horrible service. These guys not only stole the serial key for my original windows 10 OS but they also had the audacity to load pirated OS in my laptop. Bunch of thieves.

I visited this service center for my laptop battery and price is 9000 with 3 months on a laptop of 35000.great job lenovo for looting your customer. Never purchase anything from lenovo as there service sucks.

Authorised lenovo service centre, co-operative and supportive staffs, resolve issues and able to give suggestive answers.

It is located on a walking distance from Nehru enclave metro station on magenta line.service at service is satisfactory and waiting time depends on the rush.

My worst experience when I went there for my laptop repair they told me some much higher amount for battery

Very bad experience, they promised to repair my laptop within a week however even after 20 days my laptop wasn't repaired.

Worst service.my laptop wasn't getting powered up and I asked them to check the issue. I agreed to pay 885 ₹ as service charge. But when I went to collecting my laptop then what I saw that they didn't even cleaned it and said it is motherboard issue. They estimated the cost of repair 17-19k, when laptop's cost was 39000 ₹. Dont go there if your device is out of warranty, instead check with some good laptop repair shops at nehru place. Hope, this will help.
