Never seen a more arrogant person managing a shop. When you know you are sitting in the center of the hub where you will get random people coming over to ask questions and still you throw attitude it's shocking.
It's better your stay in the back office.
I purchased a lenovo yoga laptop from here a year back but the back panel broke so I went to enquire if they run a service center or can help me find one.
The person sitting in the front office points at the guard and tells me to ask him. I was surprised and taken back by the arrogance of this individual.
I wonder why didn't he point me towards the guard when I had gone to purchase that same laptop.
Once we gone to the shop they told us the estimated exact price and then we again visited the same shop they changed their price, then in the name of cashback they just fool their customers, and then finally the laptop which I have purchased is showing many issues within 24hours coz they give assembled or 2nd hand laptops from their gowdown not the original ones, not a week has passed and now I am roaming here and there with laptop to get it replaced but no body is listening, more than half lacs are invested. PLZ DONT BUY ANY LAPTOP FROM HERE BETTER PREFER HP WORLD.
No issue with the sales representative who dealt with our purchase. No complaints against him. But not satisfied with the management and behaviour of the senior/owner of the shop at the main billing desk very rude.
The worst experience I have with any shop. The staff over name Inder Kumar has no words value. Earlier committed something and when payment done then he said might me I have not listen properly. Never to go this showroom.
Worst experience in Lenovo exclusive showroom as they didn't provide us Lenovo accessories like Headphones and Mouse, as they provide us 3rd party worst accessories

The shop cheated me and gave me Legion Y540 without the Armour Backpack and moreover charged 2% extra for paying via Amazon Pay and they gave me a low quality keyboard guard and cleaning kit worth 100 bucks Mr. Sunny was helping me out I suggest y'all to avoid this shop they cheat customers and make them fool already lodged complaint against them in Lenevo Customer Care
Poor customer service, I went there to purchase a laptop but the sales person didn't even allow me to view the models on display, answering while playing on the mobile. Worst experience
The owner is cocky person who thinks himself to be the king of the world. I bet he's a pathetic person in his personal life also. Anyways, the staff stops attending you once you make the payment. Do look into every detail if you plan to buy from
Big big cheaters.they are here just to make you fool. They will tell you that you will get accessories free of cost to make the offer lucrative but in reality they added the amount of freebies in the final bill. They also refused to take those supposed to be free items back. (Very unprofessional behavior of the sales guys)
Highly irresponsible management. They try to make a fool out of customers and ask you to come again and again, even when they don't have the products ready with them. Would take payment and not even show you the product before hand. Don't buy from them ever!
