Editted: I initially gave 5 star but now changing to 3 because the international warranty is not valid with the model that they gave me. I feel pathetic now.

I went there to purchase a gaming laptop, but the condition was that the warranty should be international as I was travelling to Ireland. I went to several shops, and they said you can get an international warranty on all devices. However, that was not the truth. People at Lenovo (I remember only one name, Dheeraj, and the other guy, sorry I forgot) actually told me what are the laptops are covered in the country I'm looking for specifically.
They gave great discounts as well.

Had a very poor experience at Lenovo Store at KarolBagh, Deshbandhu Road. I travelled all the way to buy a Lenovo Laptop Slim 3 series, price of which was told as 41000 telephonically. On reaching the store, the price was increased to 44000.all in a span of 45 minutes. Half a day wasted due to wrong information given by Mr Pradeep who was the store incharge. Additionally I decided not to buy Lenovo product. If pre sales Lenovo cannot keep up the promises, post sales there will be no customer service.

This review comes late. I bought my first Thinkpad E15 from this store back in October 2021. Even when the debit card was not working, the store owner was patient, understanding and helped us a lot. He kept our spirits up. Finally we made the purchase. Had the store owner just shooed us (me and my parents) away (this is what happened at Sargam Store), i wouldn't be having such an excellent laptop using which I am typing this review. So if you wish to buy a Thinkpad or any Lenovo laptop, THIS IS THE STORE TO VISIT!
I will definitely return to this place in the near future whenever I have to make more purchases! Just don't stop making more Thinkpads) It is like a Nokia 3310 of laptops. Having tons of fun with it, and it is helping me a lot in my scientific research projects.

I bought Legion 5 Ryzen 7 4800H laptop from here. The staff behaviour was amazing and very polite. They also explained the special functions of laptop very well and overall it was a wonderful experience here. They gave me a discount of 2000 too. Also the laptop is brilliant if you have a budget of around 85k then surely go for it.
