Poor service. First of all they made wrong spectacles for my husband and when we went to ask for replacement they were not ready to replace and asked us to pay again which is ridiculous. After sometime they agreed to replace but it’s been days and they have still not made it and they are saying they have not got the approval. They say big things when u buy from them but when it comes to service they just come up with big excuses.

Stopped by this store on a business trip in Delhi. I walked in not ready to buy anything and walked out with two pairs of glasses (and then a third pair later), that fit my face perfectly. I had never had transition lenses and Himanshu helped assure me they would work well and assisted in finding frames that work well with either look and he suggested a few which fit my personal style perfectly. He then worked out a way I could get my glasses in a tight time-line as I had a flight out only a few days later. I then went back later that same evening by chance and was so happy with the service I decided to buy a third pair. Ask for Himanshu if you need some new specs!

This is the most pathetic place to buy your eye wear from. Pathetic services. Pathetic staff. Uneducated. Untrained staff. For their own mistakes they cover up their clients telling "you are getting old and that's why you cannot see properly". It was a big mistake to buy from here. They just don't take responsibility. Some one responsible should see this and get my lens corrected because I am unable to see with them. But these guys are not doing a thing.

Ive been wearing glasses since I was 6, and till date, lens crafters has been the best experience ever, was always apprehensive about the progressive glasses since I’ve a high power and after a bad experience was totally against it, but Mr. Shakir Alam at Lens Crafters Saket Delhi made sure about the right prescription and the right glasses for me and his follow up was prompt n very impressive.
