Very poor service, two times you have tested my eyes but the specs i got were not that much good which i expected from you this was not at all expected i am so disappointed with this service.the worst service i have got from lenskart know i got replaced specs second time with broken glass and that was also not suitable for me my vision is blurry and not clear.

The experience was pretty well. The staff is very cooperative. The sales executive Mr. Rohit Ahuja helped us throughout the process. I’d recommend having a Lenskart premium membership for really good prices.

I visited Lenskart Rohini Sector 7 Branch, the staff is very supportive, friendly and cooperative. Dr. Shikha checked my eyes and gave me the correct number. She also helped me to choose the right frame for me. I would say that she is the best. Highly Recommended

Very nice store with friendly and patient staff. Amazing experience. Later, they even repaired my damaged specs free which I had purchased earlier and broke due to my mishandling.

I purchased the product because my previous number was giving me trouble. But the representative adviced me to go with same number of reading now with your new spectacle i have blurry vision. The frame has a shrp edge which is giving me trouble. I have explained it before but action was taken. No customer service

The staff is uncooperative and very cold apart from one fellow.

Though ended up buying a fossil frame as the other store did not have it for my size and it was the last one available.

Lenskart, you need to have generous and kind people at your stores. Having such people not only spoil the buying experience, but will also degrade your brand image.

Last week visited the place very humble people and great services by lenskart at best cost. Kudos lenskart team, u people r doing marvellous job. I m highly recommended u. Must visit the place
