I visited at lenskart, it was great experience, services was good, products were absolutely awesome.

Went to get lenses changed of my old specs and it costed approx 4.2k. I was okay with it but they added a carry bag in my bill without asking. When I told them I don't want a bag just for one pair of specs they said it's already added. I hope lenskart can ensure more environment friendly methods to reduce wastage in the future as I didn't feel the need for a bag just to carry one box of specs.

Great experience. Variety of frames available. Chinki helped us throughout the selection of the frame.

The executive who served me was good. However, the store manager was a little condescending and I heard him making fun of me and chuckling. He wasn’t even discreet about it.

I have done my eye checkup is done very well by chinkey and the selection of frame also is good.thanx to staff.

Pathetic management. Waited for more than an hour for eye testing and still did not get the slot.
Staff was busy putting on each other that who does it.

I wanted to return one of the glasses I ordered online via Lenskart. The item which was delivered to me was built with incorrect power (s). For the return, I took the faulty glasses to this store located at Janakpuri. The staff was really attentive to my case, and recommended me to return (instead of exchange) my glasses since I was travelling abroad in a couple of days. Ashish from the team was particularly helpful in coordinating the return of the faulty item. I received the money back from Lenksart within days of dropping by the store. I have bought several pairs of glasses from this particular store previously as well. 5/5 would visit again; recommended to family and friends.

Worst service and management by Vipin Kumar at the Janakpuri store. I visited your Janakpuri store thrice, Everytime they have denied the services saying that there is waiting for an hour. They tell me take appointments and when I call they just don’t accept any appointments. I hope Lenskart takes action against the branch and the management. Not recommended branch at all!

If I could I would have given zero stars they store staff were very impolite and they were least interested to show us the products we ourselves were looking for the products they were not giving any responses or they were not showing any interest towards us when we were the only customers in the store.worst experience

Today i went to this lenskart shop and there were three staff working 2 were boys and 1 was a girl. And the boy who was lil fat wearing glass i don't know his name, he was very bad with me, he was very unfriendly, showing me an attitude like he don't wanna give me or sell me any spects. His talking way was very bad and the main thing is.i was going to buy and ask him that what offers that spects along with and he was like, showing me that he is doing his work forcefully and i told him that why you showing attitude to me and after lil conversation he denied to me and said now shop is closed i cant help you with anything and the time was around 08: 05PM i know closing time is 8'0 Clock but still it was jst 8: 05-8: 10PM So ruthless.
I just want to say that teach him some manners how to interact with customers or els employee like him will b very bad for the organization.
He was just denying all of my quiries. It was very bad experience i've got here.

Very rude executive. After waiting 15 minutes in the line the executive said I can't enter the shop as they were about to close and I wouldn't be able to choose in5 minutes. I wouldn't have minded if this thing was said courteously but the arrogance and rudeness was just not done

Best place to get your eyes checked and that too for free and trust me the way they check your eye is much much better than any optician does.

If you are planning to buy a specs for the first time, never go here. They will not help you to find a product. At the end you will returned empty handed or buy a wrong product. I went there twice but returned empty handed.

Very bad service, Please treat your customers politely and they don't have any solution to your problem.

Lenskart -JanakPuri has an amazing collection of specs and sunglasses. The staff here are very supportive and cordial. The quality of specs and glasses which I bought from here are very good besides this I got great discounts on it.

Staff was very good. I checked my eye power are well. They were also helpful in choosing a right brand and lenses. Also very courteous in trying to answer the queries from me. Staff were kind to children as well. This was a welcome sight for us.

Marketing gimmick buy 1 get 1.over priced frame n lenses. Pathetic customer service experience.
