Lenskart.com at Alaknanda Market, New Delhi

I had a very disappointing experience at the Lenskart store near my home. Several employees consistently arrive late, even though the store is supposed to open at 11: 00 am. The after-sale service is subpar; they claimed not to have the necessary equipment for ultrasonic cleaning and refused to correct the alignment of my glasses.

Moreover, they declined to honor the warranty, attributing issues to "rough use. " Despite purchasing two John and Jacobs glasses and generating an online coupon for a free anti-fog spray, they insisted on an additional payment. It's worth noting that the store's product details, features, and prices differ from the online platform. Additionally, they demanded extra payment for home delivery.

This experience has left a lasting negative impression, making my Christmas far from enjoyable. I hope Lenskart takes these concerns seriously to enhance the overall customer experience at their Alaknanda store in Delhi.

I’ve got glasses from here long time and the quality hasn’t changed. So i would really recommend it
