I went to Lenskart, East Patel Nagar, Delhi thinking it to be just another optician shop. But I was surprised by the manner their rep Ms. Afreen Khan handled my case in a most professional and friendly manner and explained to me on her tablet about the various types of lenses. I was very glad to order glasses for my son and would be soon going in for my own. I would rate Ms. Khan 10 Stars for her guidance and dedication for work. My experience was excellent. Ms. Arfeen Khan you are an asset to Lenskart. Keep it up.

The staff was very friendly and patient enough to show me so many frames. I was also offered a free eye test by the manager despite no shopping done by me. I would surely recommend this store to everyone.

The most expensive German transition lens ordered didn't work in the sunlight. Instead of providing protection by darkening, I only saw light tinting shade in the lens even after staying outdoor all day long. Very disappointing on not getting the right product even when I selected the top German brand progressive lens recommended by the salesman.

I had been an old customer of Lenskart and had been to multiple stores nearby but the East Patel Nagar store had been exceptional. Specially their representative Munim, he is true example of Customer service. He always go beyond what is expected of him to WOW the customer.
