My Lenskart experience was awesome! They have the coolest eyewear, and the staff really knows their stuff. Especially thanks to Mr. Krishna Verma for providing a good customer service, i really appreciate their support system towards the customer. Totally recommend!

My frame almost broke and was beyond repair but they somehow managed to fix it…. Excellent services 10/10

The 1st visit was good, but when I visited the 2nd time store for return, that experience was not good experience, The staff was not aware of the policy of return, or intention was divert the customer to sent another store. Two times to visit after that I went to saket. Which is not good.
Reason was uncomfortable with fream

Sales Executives, particularly Ms. Shweta is really very good professional and helpful in selection of the right lenses and frame. Their services n coordination is excellent. I wish them a great year ahead 2023.

The staff in the Store and Swta in particular was very helpful. Swata's lens power fixing skills are very professional.

Polite behaviour & resolv confusion about the best lens used in spectacle for over use of tab screen.

One of the best optom name of prachi she is doing very well job with her knowledge also her behaviour towards customers is excellent.

I have multiple spects and sunglasses from lenskart and I visit greenpark main market store very frequently but recently I had some issues with my specs and in the store I don't know the name but a lady was sitting on the counter and she was such a rude lady to talk to as if she was owning the lenskart inplace of piyush bansal. I think sitting at such a crutial position where customer interaction is the major part she lacks the major skill. Was my worst experience till date.

Best suggestion and good collection. Patient and courteous staff. On time delivery as promised. Excellent job by Jatin Abhishek and Dishant.

Great quality & service:) I had picked up my glasses but left my hair clutcher there. Dishant called me to inform and packaged it for me along with chocolates and gave it to the uber package guy!

I order a glass offline and they assured me of delivery in my home address very soon but i got a delivery message but i have not recieve the product, while enquring the parcel went to mumbai but i am from manipur and i gave them proper address. Whose fault it is.

This review is mainly for the staff at outlet, they were so courteous and fixed my spectacles which had an issue immediately. It's located bang in Green Park market, recommended for your yearly spectacle purchases.

I tried Lenskart for the very first time and overall it was a wonderful experience. Really impressed with the collection and quality of product's. The staff's here are greatly helpful especially Mr. Dishant, he's commendable!

Staff was really comparative specially Akansha Saxena, she is very good in her work and her nature is very polite.

I ordered a powered glass and a premium sun glass from johnjacobs at lenskart, greenpark. Frame collections and varieties were good. Once I placed the order, the delivery was too fast that I got my frames in 3 days, although they told me a target of 1 week's delivery time. Proper order tracking and details are displayed both in the Lenskart app as well as notified through whatsapp and email. So, overall I was comfortable in this entire purchase. Thankyou Lenskart!

First of all i have to say that behaviour of staff is EXCELLENT. Beside of quality of product staff is too supportive.

An ideal Lens kart's brick and mortar showroom. Timely delivery of orders and sensible reasons for the delay have to work on.

You cannot just give customers 300 credits on their next order on the pretext of delayed order due to high standards of quality checks. Customers are no fools.

It used to be good but not anymore. It was good hence the reason I bought the membership. But now it seems like a regret. So in the store you will have to browse yourself. None of the representatives will be interested in you. They would rather stand than help you. And when you will ask for help they will be least interested in entertaining you. Staff is rude and least helpful. They placed wrong power details on my order and then said it will take 1 week to rectify it. It was insane. My order is still pending and I have reached out to CC. So stay away from this store.

Super bad service my specs broke after 4 months they glued them back and tried to give me.even though they were under 1 year warranty.even though premium price was paid.

It’s good but don’t visit at 10 AM, their timing is at 11AM. Staffs are good & well responsive to everyone but there is no discount which makes me feels a bit expensive as compared to their App.
Apart from that they provide you good service with free eye checkup ️

No store of lenskart exists at this location these days. Earlier it exists but not exist here, I searched this area whole 2-3 times, and no store of lenskart was present, and here the jewellers they said near to chitrumal jewellers now convert it names to pyare lal jewellers because they are brothers and no store of lenskart is there as i shown the photo of that area
I think lenskart should update this as soon as possible, nearby lenskart store is in malviya nagar, opposite moti sweets
So customers now visit there please

Very bad after sale service. No communication between retail store and warehouse. Not clear about status of glass. Though staff tries to work their best but still their is some communication gap and lack of clarity.

Worst customer service ever.
When you go there to buy they will treat you like God and all the people will be around you. But when u go there for any complaint they will not at evenremember you. They will behave in such a way that we are causing trouble to them and that time the only answer we get from the attentandant is NO NO NO.
Since March I have visited twice for the same glass and these guys are not even bothered. Everytime we need to go to the store spending our money and they have just one answer- "thik karva dete hai.aapko wapas aake collect karna hoga"

Wish there were a zero star! I submitted one product for repair. They made me wait for 8 days and delivered the product without any repair. Never go for lenskart very very pathetic experience! You will be amazed by the level of carelessness that they possess
