Ambience is very nice but the staffs are nicer, they don't let you feel that you are wasting your money even the after purchase service is also very good.
There are also some medical equipments available here for eye check-up which is free of cost.

They try their best to let you find the best eyeglasses for you with the best deal and easy door step delivery.

There are lots of brands options available here so lots of options available here with different price range, if you have gold membership than they also share the best deal with you.
Try to buy the extended warranty which gives damage protection for a limited time.

Worst store and worst lenskart company. Guys plzz go to optical shop and your eye doctor only there is a lens called crizal and many more buy normal frame and best lens trust them.
They are lying on the very first day that they will give you the glasses of worth 5lakh rs.in just 5 thousand rs.and u will get 1 free also but but but listen guys this is all fakeeee from last 1 month I returned my glasses till now I didn’t get any response from online and from store also.
At kamla nagar lenskart store, they will not even talk to you or suggest you other glasses if they will know that you are replacing or returning your glasses.

Just visit store they will tell you all there fake things and promises but if u have any problem after buying glasses they will be having 100 thousand policies of their company. Plzzz guys don’t even buy glasses from lenskart and don’t visit their store plzz. College students to bilkul mt jana bhaii it will waste your studies as well as time too for sureeee! Logo ko btaya kro ki bhai problem aayi to hum kuch nhi krege ye q nhi btate tb to gold membership dedo or bolo ki sir 15 days me return or 1 year tk koi problem ho tell us just shut up u guys ruined my 1 month study to call and visit your different different store for replacing my glasses and how can even someone study without glasses just think about it. Worst place! Waited for almost an hour to get my eyes checked, that too I had to leave cause the staff was restless and didn’t even care about customers! Would never suggest anyone to visit lenskart. Timepass lol

Service has really gone down the drain, waited in the showroom for about 40-45 mins no body attended us. Even after that the employee who attended was as clueless about the products as one could be. Really bad experience. Would not recommend anyone to go there. It’s a waste of time.

Worst experience one can have at this store. They cheat you and tell you fake things in order to make you buy high end lens.

Sushant Sharma, store executive said,
“chasme aur frame mai technical difference hota hai” and when cross asked he denied to answer saying

“You aren’t the only Customer, go and complain, We have no issue”

And Suruchi Sharma said, “Aapko certificate dikha du kya” and when I said “Yes”,
She replied, “Dikha diya fir”, “aapki aankhen kamzor hai, aapko certificate utaar ke dikha deti hu”.

“Aapki Aakhein Kamzor hai” was very defamatory.
