Never visit this branch, you will definately regret, very rude in behaviour. They do not listen your problem and ignore you. Seriously very bad service by the store

This outlet is really very good, as I have experienced, I strongly recommend to visit this outlet, especially the sales executive of this outlet Mr. Abhishek Gupta, I was very impressed with his assistance.

Eye test done by Optom. Manisha Sah is so good because the way she describes everything about my eye issue and their treatment, never had so good experience before even at lenskart with other Optometrist. I must have to mention that she is the one who changed my view that lenskart has some of their best Optometrist at their big store, I would recommend to have eye test done by Optometrist Manisha Sah.

I am so glad to visit this store, before visiting this store, I think that they don't do proper eye test in comparison to hospital but after visiting the store and Eye test done by Ms. Manisha Sah my thoughts changes to that extent that I always suggest my friend to have eye test at this store by most experienced & knowledgeable Optometrist Ms. Manisha Sah. She is so humble and most importantly knowledge she have even that type of counseling I don't even find with private hospitals optom share with their patients. Thank you Lenskart for such good experience.

I had visited this store for eye check up, it was done by Optometrist Manisha Sah, I am so happy to have eye test done by Manisha mam she is extremely good at their profession. In future, I will definitely recommend my friends and family to have their eye test done by Manisha mam.

Experience starting from eye checkup till new eyeglasses delivery at home, and further post delivery service was awesome.

Ms Atufa, one of their representative is extremely helpful and polite. She is absolutely customer driven, attentive to customer's concern and quick in responding. I would recommend her for any incentive by Lenskart, as per their policy and would like to continue avail service from her.

I am sharing this from taking a few minutes from my busy life because the experience there was good.but i noticed a great thing there.i just go there n see one customer shouting on manager.but the manager managed each n everything soo nicely n politely.that the customer is also cool after few minutes.the manager name is something Jain.heard from one of their staff.

Don't visit, worst experience ever.

I ordered my glasses on 10th August, I haven't received them yet. Manager is not so cooperative and very egoistic.

Mr. Rajat and Miss Atoof are really co operative and very nice to us. Guided us in finding lens and frame. Welcomed us with a smily face. They deserve appreciation. Thank you.

Very bad experience, first they lost my original specs and the new specs has not been delivered even after a month's time. The manager is quite rude and the team is not willing to cooperate. They are not even picking up the call.

This is a worst Lenskart store. The employees are pretty arrogant and won't help you. The store manager Prince Jain is the worst person you will come across there. He is rude, arrogant and unhelpful. I will never buy anything from Lenskart after seeing such arrogant behaviour of its staff. The company and its service have taken a massive plunge in recent days.
